Ramora Grand

Good:
- Check-in experience was smooth.
- The staff were friendly and helpful.
- Space to park car.
- Well lit entrance, building and rooms.
- There's a lift in the building.

Not so good:
-:The restaurant in the hotel didn't exist. We went looking for the restaurant, but it was in a dark and dingy space.
- The bedsheets had stains on them.
- The bathroom was also not tidy. We didn't get hot water, it was barely warm. And it was clogged as well.

Hotel located at Dindugal Town Thadicopm Street. Very convenient for the highway riders and the business community. The hotel is standard, large room clean and maintained. Wash room is good. Very good for the price. Don't expect any other facility from this hotel.

It was refered by my friend. The hotel was awesome place to stay. I had stayed in many five star hotels. Not seen any big rooms like this. It was great stay here. Morning breakfast was ultimately done. Anyone having breakfast wil not forget the taste and the service

Many write the reviews by them self. For this hotel I searched in net to five this hotel a 5 star.

It was a nice stay here. Service was excellent, staff and trainee at hotel were quick and efficient. Room provided to us was just decent type. Though all rooms were booked and that was the last option left. But still decent.

it has clean and spacious room ... Slight Old setup hotel but comfortable stay

Rooms are good and spacious , but toilets though big are not neat and tidy .

Had a great stay here. Service was excellent, Mr. Mani (staff at Ramora Grand) were friendly polite and helpful, Rooms are very comfortable.

The room alloted for for us was spacious and comfortable. Also given extra bed for we three members, although one queen size bed was enough for us, that much spacious.

Good for Business people's.

Breakfast was on time and excellent.

The rooms need better ventilation. Also it was a slow service given. Moreover the bath shower was horrible in the room stayed. Needs better maintenance and repair work.
