The Seashore Hotel

Stayed here for a night during July 2022. We had a good stay - the 'Classic sea view room' is fairly spacious with necessities including a kettle, and provided a nice view of the sunrise and the Vivekananda memorial. Booked directly by calling the hotel. A small restaurant is also there. Food can be improved. There are however decent restaurants close-by.

Brilliant view from the hotel. Sun rise point, vivekandanda rock and thiruvalluvar statue, beach shore from the sea view rooms. Rooms are clean and neat . Restrooms are good. Had hot water issues. Rest all was a pleasant stay in kanyakumari in the sea shore hotel. Thanks

Awesome location, very close to temple, ferry and other attractions. Hardly 2-3 minutes walk... You can view sunrise from the terrace. Hotel have a restaurant, but there are quite a bit options near by. Room is spacious and good... Probably missing some minor things like bathroom floor mat.

Great place to stay in Kanyakumari with beach view rooms. Food is available in 7 th floor restaurants and adequate! People are friendly and helpful. Ample parking with security availability. Autos are also available close by. All attractions are walkable !

The rooms facing the sea are excellent. You can enjoy sunrise from your room. There is a restaurant on the 7th floor which again gives an excellent view of the sea.

Location of Sea Shore Hotel is very good. But Rooms conditions are just average, in some points can be graded as bad. Like room wall had seepage, all Furnitures are in bad condition, chair seats were bad. Bathroom had hardly amenities other than a small Soap. No hot water was available. Lobby and parking were good. Breakfast was average. We had checked 2 more rooms but condition of rooms were not better than the alloted room. Overall this hotel is not worth what we paid for two nights.

Good stay for budget travellers. The sea view rooms are recommended for beautiful views of the sea, the Vivekananda memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue. Cleanliness can be a lot better!

Location: best location. Many main attractions in walking distance
Room: get sea view room. The view is spectacular. Room is spacious. Clean and bright.
Staff: friendly
Service: their wifi didn’t work, the safe locker didn’t work. That’s why 3 stars otherwise would have given 4. Their restaurant food was tasty but very very spicy. They advertise breakfast/lunch/dinner included but when you check-in they will say breakfast and lunch. or dinner.
Room amenities: for the price, they could provide better soaps in bottles, good quality shampoos. This soap was a sorry looking item
