Been here a couple of times. the latest for a social meet (function),l will give it four stars, the parking is valet, the location is good, the place is clean, need improvements on the food quality. the service is at par and will improve if they keep the small things in mind and help guests on that.

Had a horrible time. Made us wait for 2 hours before alloting rooms and too with a take it or leave it attitude. Behaviour of Restuarant staff is much worse. food ordered never reached and ultimately had to cancel the order and leave hungry. And the worst part they didn't had an iota of remorse.

They have standard rooms not like others suite etc etc but those rooms are worthy and excellent in service and the bar that is inside brasa or Winchester has an amazing collection of alcohol and other beverages it was an amazing stay there

This is one hell of a place, i mean in the positive sense. The location is a little sad but the hotel, food, staff etc are top class. The place is well maintained. They serve one of the best food. Their breakfast spread is one of the best I've eaten so far

Everything,s good but the food should have been prepared a little spicy and sometimes the rotis gets burned ... desserts are good .... food is good if you're staying for 1 or 2 days but you will get bored if you spend more days ... pool is too short, I mean its only 45 m depth ....

We went here for 2023 New Year's event .. food is tasty, a very big dancing hall . it's very secured for families and couples.. especially we enjoyed Bollywood songs in Chennai ..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here; beautiful rooms and particularly yummy breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to call room service three times and waited two hours for the dishes to be cleared. Moreover, the receptionist seemed exasperated when I asked for an extra key to my room, which was quite disheartening.

Being situated right next to Cooum river, the fertile breeding grounds for Chennai's mosquitos, the location is hardly desirable. The room, I stayed in, was pathetic. The walls were so thin that you could take part in conversations with the people staying in the adjacent room without making an effort. There was power cuts in the middle of the day. Wasn't there supposed to be power back up? The AC was not good even when there was power. Finally when we complained about the noise and AC, the staff said what do you expect us to do. When asked for a room change, they took an hour before allocating a new room. For a so called star hotel, the service is conspicuously non existent. You ask someone to help with luggage during checkout. No one appears for 30 mins so you decide to do it yourself. Right when you are loading luggage in the vehicle, they forcefully try to help. No, the hotel was not busy swarming with guests. The staff simply look uninterested in being there. The breakfast buffet was okay. The swimming pool is.. they might as well not have it. Its way too small. Not going there ever again unless it's the only possible option.
