Hotel Seagate

Decent hotel. Value for the price. Rooms are little spacious. Very well maintained. Property looks little old as it's constructed long time back. Post pandameic they had closed the pool and complementary breakfast. Not sure why they removed complementary breakfast. There is a small shop inside hotel which sells water bottle and juices. For no reason they sell more than MRP. What ever they sell it here they charge 5RS extra. 20RS per bottle cool drinks is being sold at 25Rs which is 25% more. 70Rs 5ltr water bottle being sold at 75Rs. When asked if you want buy it else look for other options. It's illegal to sell more than MRP. Also they don't provide bill on the items they sell here.

Hotel is clean & neat & the staffs are also very co-operative. Hotel is visible from quite far. No way, one could get lost. Load shedding is quite frequent so switching to generator mode is a bit noticeable. Overall, experience is good

Rooms was nice and clean.But A/C fixing is not at proper place.room service is good. Good ambience. Very near to church. Good food.Overall good for families to stay.

The triple bed room i was given was not up to the mark. Both plug points either side of the beds were not working and the taps etc ne bathroom was dirty. I bought a scrubber with detergent and done the cleaning myself. I pointed all this at the reception and they were apologetic and promised to do the needful. The hotel is very well located with easy Accessibility to all important places around, staff are very good and there's ample parking.

I booked room for the vacation, there are more hotels but i choose this hotel because of their swimming pool option, i called and confirmed about pool they told they have . But after arrival they told that maintenance work is going on . My kids got disappointed, apart from that restaurant is good, food is tasty.. room service is good, no hot water kettle.

Best place to visit. 5 mins walk from station, 5 mins walk from Morning star and the holy path. The restaurant in house serves OK food. I would suggest you visit eateries outside for an awesome experience. The best part is they have a pool for adults and kiddies and it is clean. Room service is responsive, within 10 mins they provide support. Has excellent wi-fi. Laundry service is a life saver and you get warm water through the day.

Property is located at the location nearer to Busstand and Church. Their service was also good. Only negative is they didn't pick our calls when called for an inquiry.

We had book to stay with my full family including by father , mother , brother , wife and kid . We reached there early morning by 5.00 pm . The booking was already done . Normally hotels checkin time is 12.00 pm which is standard timings but if guests check out we would be allowed rooms.The person in the reception does not even bother to check register when the earlier guest is checking out neither provide us a time when can we check in ..he is telling us to wait till noon 12.00 pm..Due to his rude behaviour we had to cancel the booking of 2 rooms and early morning we were in street looking for another hotel and couldn't not even find a decent hotel at that time ..Try not to book this hotel if you are an early traveller..
