It has Only 1 room with attached bath (English type). rest of the rooms have to share 2 common baths. Do not expect much from the rooms, just remember you are at 10,000+ ft & in the mid of a jungle. The 1st floor fully wooden finished dormitory is extensively large & is the Most Beautiful one. Waning: Lots of middle mans poses as agent for booking & gives advertisement in Internet. Be sure to cross verify them.

Basic accommodation in tents and a house made of stone. You can pitch your own personal tent with a nominal fee. Tea is free, but you have to pay excessive price for dinner and breakfast. It's better to carry your own dry food. Always heat your drinking water before use. Toilet conditions are bad with little water, better bring toilet paper with you.

Excellent place to stay. The service you get there in exchange of little amount of money is beyond imagination. Care taker of Guras Kunj Mr. Bandhu Sherpa is a humble and friendly person. This is a beautiful offbeat holiday destination.

Liked the place, awesome view from trekkers Hut, nice dormitory rooms, food was not good. But as a trekker you must be prepared for everything. There is a good view of Kanchenjunga and the entire sleeping buddha from the window of first floor.

The dorm was nice and comfy. Although there were many challenges. Given the amount of people coming in the month of april they were understaffed and overwhelmed. 1000rs per head is prett Good amount for such basic accommodation . The tea was cold . The dinner served at 9.30pm and no food in between. It was a major issue for families with kids. The bathroom can be improved given the huge tourist flow in flower session. Good people working there but definitely proper management was missing.

Place in a perfect setting on nature's lap at Barsey. We stayed in the dormitory. Typical trekkers hut to spend 1 night after trekking to Barsey.

Would recommend this to everyone. Everyone was polite. Since everything is not available on the top. Give them prior information if you guys want to BBQ. You can see Sleeping Buddha from there or trek to the viewpoint to see it. And after that there's a narrow lane which later make its way to the forest, follow that road till you find the watch tower where you can see Sleeping Buddha prominently.
