The Royal Heritage Gangtok By NSHR

The hospitality was really warm from all the staff members . They were very accommodating and helpful. Though we had our booking via a tours & travels , yet we got an upgraded room from the hotel’s end.

It was a home away from home. Neat n tidy rooms n bathrooms too. Will recommend to all my friends n families for their future visit to Gangtok.

Although the location is a bit off, the room we stayed in was the best during our vacation. We stayed in a mountain view room and the best part is the bathroom with a tub. My kids just loved it. The service is pretty quick. You need to walk a bit to get a cab. I would suggest pre-booking a cab if you plan for site-seeing. The restaurant is of good size with good but limited breakfast options. They serve food directly to your room which has very good options.

The rooms with view are great. The staff is very helpful and courteous including the manager.
However the hotel does not have a parking, and is about a km away from the MG Marg. Every time you want go to MG Marg you have to pay 100₹ just to go 1 km one way. You cannot stay here if you have your own car or don't.

We stayed as family of 11 with kids and old age parents altogether. Nice place to stay with family at a good value. Service is awesome, friendly and amazing staff. Service is just away one call. Food is individual choice, we liked it though. You can see KAnchenjhunga peak from its last room window.

This is a very wonderful place to stay in Gangtok. It is located on quite a height from where you can see the city of Gangtok. On the other side you can see the mountains along with two peeks of the Himalayan mountain range especially in the morning where they look golden.
Staff is very co-operative, polite and service is also very good. It was a very good experience staying here in Gangtok

Amazing experience at The Royal Heritage. Rooms are good with beautiful mountain view. Just a balcony would have been even nicer. Loved the service of staff. They are polite and well behaved. Food and room service is also nice. The location is also good with nice neighborhood. A great way to spend time in Gangtok.

We stayed in The Royal Heritage Gangtok in the last week of December 2022. The rooms are quite big and are clean and have all the necessary equipments for having a great vacation during the winter season (like electric kettle for heating water, geysers). The food served was great in taste and hygiene. Moreover the staff for courteous and helped to make the stay a memorable one. Thanks for making our stay in Gangtok that much easy and better.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience here. The food was awesome in taste. The staff was really supportive. Although the room heater which they provided on chargeable basis stopped working in the middle of the night, and the replaced one also had an issue.
The location is really good and the hotel room was really spacious and the view was awesome having the mountain view. Dint clicked much pics here because we lived in the moment and enjoyed it to the fullest.
