hotel is located at a great location, people who loves to stay in non crowded area is going to love this hotel,rooms are great with fantastic mountain view,staff behaviour was awesome,room service also done a great job, property manager,she gave me white scarf at the time of living the hotel and wish me luck for the upcoming journey,she is such a nice person. hotel has decent amount of parking space. i recommend this property for group of bike riders.another thing if you want a discount she(manager) also gave you rooms at a discounted price also,foods teasts good 👍

The room service & support staff including the hotel manager were very prompt & keen to help us whenever required, during the stay. For instance we reached in a nearby location late night & it was raining. So we asked for help & the manager sent umbrella & a raincoat along with a person to help us with the luggage.

Also, the view from the rooms are really great. Mg marg market & Tsuglakhang royal monastery are in walkable distance. Overall a great experience & value for money.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location. The view of the Gangtok from the room is fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager Chunchung. She makes our trip more enjoyable with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staffs were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

We stay 3 night at this hotel and all the family member feel like own home , and reason of this are hotel cleanliness ,stuff servecing .
Main key person is owner of this hotel she is so humble to guest and always taking feedback and asked do we need addetion service as we have 3 kids with us she is very concern about guest choice and safety and comfortable
