Cardamom Residency

I stayed here for a day. It is far away from M G Road but you will find cabs to commute to M G Road. Place is good, staff is polite and rooms were clean. The view from the window is awesome. Food is average and food service is slow. They have power back solution which is good too. It's on the national highway. I would suggest to book if you want to stay away from city centre and looking for budget hotel. I tried to order pizza from Pizza Hut and Domino's and both of them were not delivering as it was outside their limits. There are no restaurants nearby.

Never recommend…very bad experience with rooms ,room service,food …all hotel staff is not cooperative . We booked 4 rooms but after requesting so many times and the hotel was complete empty still they gave us basement rooms…all rooms were very uncleaned and not at all mentioned…no water in bathrooms…bed sheets were uncleaned …they didn’t clean any rooms in three days….very bad food quality and quantity…in unlimited Thali they gave us only 2pc and said this is what we can provide…no sweets no verity …overall very bad experience and painful stay…,.will never recommend this hotel to anyone….u will spoil ur trip …,last ….we booked this hotel after reading all reviews but I guess some r fake reviews….

Worst experience in Gangtok. I booked through traveltriangle and they gave this hotel because it's far and cheap. I won't recommend this hotel as it's 6 km from MG road and service is pathetic. Their food also sucks. In breakfast fast they had only Aaloo paratha with very spicy green Chilli. They didn't had drinking water, intercom phone in room while we checked in. Please avoid this hotel. Only good restaurant nearby is King's row Cafe which I have posted reviews.

It was our family trip to gangtok with almost 15 members had a wonderful experience @ hotel, ambience is stunning & the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff & food was amazing, Outside the window view is Jaw-Dropping ,i recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok

Clean hotel, good food, and most importantly staff behaviour is very nice. Raja and Aniket are very friendly and professional.

Worthless place, had to stay due to a package tour booked in advance. Lack of basic amenities, only two staffs to take care of all departments: kitchen, housekeeping, room service etc. Will not recommend for family travellers, as no nearby eateries, market, shops etc

Evening is good. Food is awesome. Room cleaning and facilities also awesome.
