Roys Rabdentse Residency

The hotel was located at Lower Peling. The hotel is situated at a point which is below the main road and so one needs to take a flight of stairs (approx 50) to reach the hotel. We had booked King's Crown room which had a very nice mountain view. The weather was foggy and so Kanchenjungha peak was not clearly visible. The hotel staff staff were courteous and though I had to spend a bit of extra time talking to them to get everything we needed (extra cot, blankets etc.) ultimately those were provided to us. The hotel manager had arranged for our local sight-seeing trip and also cab for our journey back to New Jalpaiguri. The food quality and quantity were good. But please make sure that you only order for Indian menu as the Chinese dishes were not up to standard.

Overall our experience of staying in this residency was good and we would recommend the hotel to other visitors.

Located in Lower Pelling, the Hotel is located amongst a bunch of other hotels on the same Lane. The rooms are clean and decent, nothing extraordinary, but they provide fabulous views of Pelling and Mt Kanchenjunga. The Manager Mr Nayak and other staff were very warm and helpful, and they serve good homely food. They don't have WiFi and charge Approx Rs 200 for room heaters per day.

Overall, it's a nice budget stay in Pelling, and you will not mind staying here given the beautiful scenery you can see from your rooms.

Beautiful place at lower Pelling with great view of Kanchenjunga from hotel room itself. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel room is spacious and linens are clean. The staffs are very supportive and helpful. The only negative point is you have to come down 30 stiff stairs from road.

Hotel is situated in lower Pelling. Has a clear view of kanchendzonga. Nice friendly staff and they serve hot and delicious food as per order. Quality and quantity of food is also worth. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the stay.

Mr anirban chakrabraty, manager of this resedency was nice person and cooperative in all respect. hotel rooms are very clean and hygenic. bathrooms are also very good. Foods are also very good asper our demand. I think this hotel is very good in all respect and senic view also fine. We enjoy in this residency.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and the food is delicious. But above all the best thing about the hotel was definitely the service.This was honestly the best service I have ever recieved. The staff treated us extremely warmly and cordially. Also, you can get an excellent view of the Kanchenjunga from the terrace of the hotel. It look's especially beautiful during sunrise!

I can warmly recommend this hotel in Pelling. The staff is superfriendly and helpful. From your balcony, you will have an extraordinary view of Kangchenjunga (wake up early to see the sunrise). The beds are very comfy and the breakfast is tasty, too. - I had a 4 star experience for a very reasonable price. Bahut dhanyavaad!

It was a excellent and peacefull stay with my family. firstly the rooms are well maintained, the food is really good and price is reasonable, the staffs are really good and friendly. The service boys(souvik saha and another boy) was very active and gave service whenever it was required. the manager Mr.Nayak was also very kind and and well manageable person.
