The Hotel in Gangtok is really excellent. We were there for three nights. We have seen a close view of total range of Kanchanjungha from that room only. The hotel management and staffs are wonderful and they were always at our service. The food quality is really good, very tasty and delicious. We are very happy to get the complementary breakfast and dinner. The taste of all foods are supper and the both the quality and quantity were really good

Very bad place to stay . Worst experience with the staff ( ladies were very helpful though ) food was the worst experience . Rooms were like living in dungeon, no ventilation in our room at all . No proper house keeping , our bed spread was torn & untidy . No hot water , it was horrible to bathe in cold water as it was in November . We ordered food & they said gas was over & they got us out side food which was horrible to eat . Plzzzzzzzzzz do not accept this property through your travel agency , they have another one Himalayan heights ,here rooms where ok , staff is too good but we had a very bad experience with the water , there was literally no water one whole night & it created a havoc for us in the morning when we where chkng out . Think twice before you book these properties

From the moment I checked in, the management and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the things that really stood out to me about hotel was the level of service provided by the staff. They were always happy to help with any request I had, and they made sure to go the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed.

I recently stayed at the hotel during a busy weekend and arrived at 7.30 in the morning, ahead of check-in time. I was prepared to wait at the reception for a few hours, but the staff was kind enough to provide a room for us to freshen up and change. I am very grateful for their understanding. The staff also arranged a taxi for us at the last minute while we were checking out. The amenities were well-thought-out, and the staff was friendly without being intrusive. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.

Furthermore, during our stay, we noticed that some guests tried to accuse an innocent 18-year-old boy of theft, but knowing the truth, we confronted them for their false allegations.
The hotel staff handled the false allegations very politely.

The hotel amenities are very poor.. We have booked the hotel with room heater as we visited the place on January. 1st day only for night time they have provided the room heater but from next day it was not working. When we asked about it they asked for 500 rupees for service charge of room heater.we told them it is included. After that they are intentionally stop it we understand that and told us it is not working. We feel pathetic for the cold weather of sikkim. Service is also very poor.Not recommended at all

Most worst room. All room are damped. They have no manners to talk. Room service are so poor. Be ware from them, they can stealing anything from your room during room service. Don't trust the managers also. All cctv camera are fake. Food quality is also so poor.

It was a nice experience at ths hotel, very clean room and bathroom. Near to MG road and few steps away from ropeway station. All facilities are available.
Good place to stay.

No staff for proper take care. Rooms overall clean. Waited for 1 hour for checkin most of the time reception is empty. Stayed for 2 days not a single time room is cleaned by any person. Phone was in the room and room service collected the phone and reset the phone without any permission. Not recommended at all.
