The staff here is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are modest but clean. The food they served was great. The only problem here is Power cuts, which usually last a long time. The towels and bed sheets they provided were clean. Black tea they offered was also great.

Rooms are okay type with no heater and TV. Hospitality was good by all the staffs there. Specially I would like to mention the kitchen and food that are way beyond expectations as foods are delicious and kitchen was very clean and warm with good ambience.

I had recently visited jachu hotel and had a very good stay actually I was bit unsure about the hotel due to the other reviews but still I gave it a try and I was actually astonished by the service, the ambience and the hospitality of the hotel staffs and the owner of the hotel was way to nice to us and offered us some local delicacy.. Even though lachen do face electricity problems but even after all the hindrance my stay was worth every penny🙏🙏and would like to recommend everyone to give it a try..
Lachen is a land of paradise and staying in jachu valley will definitely make your trip ✈️ memeorable..

Think twice before choosing this place. No electricity here, generator available for minimum time. Food quality is very bad

Worst place to stay in Lachen. 1. They had no power throughout our stay. Other hotels were running generators, but they simply refused giving excuse that generator is not allowed late night/morning 2. Their staff simply refuse to take your luggage to/from the car. We called beforehand and requested that since we had elderly people with us. They agreed on call, but simply refused when we arrived 3. One of our phone was stolen from the room. We are not sure if it was hotel staff or other guest, but looking at other bad experience we had, we suspect the staff the most 4. There was no mirror in the room or bathroom. Ladies in our group had to use selfie camera to get ready. 5. No geyser in bathroom, hotel simply refused to provide hot water in november cold when requested for it. 6. Not jet in the bathrooms.

Horrible experience.... Hospitality of this hotel is just horrible... 😡😡.. Quality of food is really so bad.... Water heater was not working... 😡😶... Only one thing is good that is the location of hotel and window views..
