over all roos are neat and tidy. but the blanket was not washed. and even in the middle of night the staff switched off the ac that was disgusting and I had to call them several times for this purpose

Very bad experience.

We book super delux he provide us delux room
Then we discuss to reception first he denied but after some time he give us to another room.

No clean , no proper service.

They are keeping the same blanket s what before the use of some people

Not good and not recommended. Only good thing is the location. In the city with wide availability of transportation options and walking distance from Railway station

After telling me a day ago, I checked in at this hotel at 6 o'clock and there was no hangar in it. Which was given at 10 o'clock after saying it four times. The bed sheet was torn,Then it was corrected when said the third time. The food was ordered at 8 o'clock in 10/30. 205. There is no toilet door in the room.Soil is accumulated on the edge of the bed. A towel was given in which the shoe was worn and replaced.The room is also very dirty.

No hot water , old furniture , AC not working, food is actually worst , pls stay away . Our jaipur trip was ruined due to this hotel, i am worried how some hotel which is charging around 2500 per day is that much worst.

The hot water isn't available in the room 24×7. They provide hot water in a particular slot in the morning(that too isn't fixed, after our multiple requests in the morning, they didn't provide us any). The rooms, quilts, pillows, etc were in filthy condition.The hotel people try to fix you up with some auto drivers, who would take you out to few shops(stating these are authentic manufacturers of Rajasthani stuff) for their commissions. In our case, they told us that all the tourist destinations will be closed and forcefully order auto for us, after returning back, we took our own vehicle to the city and found the whole city was open for tourist.If opting to stay here, don't trust there contact Auto Drivers and follow your instincts in booking cabs or auto through ola or uber for destination. Over all recommendation would be to book another hotel instead of this one.

My booking was from 4th fen to 5th feb
12 noon check out.
No hot water
No towel
Worst mattress in the world on that bed.
I could not catch a early train so i had to book a night train from Udaipur to Jaipur. I had already informed hotel Ankur about my travel plans. I arrived jaipur at 5am on 5th feb. I asked the person on the reception if I could get a check out from hotel by 12.30 or 1pm so I could at least have food and catch my train at 2pm back to Mumbai. The person hari sing said the hotel policy does not allow late check out. Which I understand. But if i Gpay him Rs300 then he will allow us to keep our bags in our same room. Sounds like Bribe to me. So if i pay the money goes to Hari sing and not to the hotel.
