Pathetic place. Lousy staff and management. Stale food. Shabby rooms. General manager (GAUTAM) should improve his manners and dealing with customers. These people should be given a tutorial on decorum, decency and hospitality. Location of the hotel is good but the approach of staff is just as bad. Don't go.

Very poor Facility even on basic need of Water. They are not able to attend problem even after more then 3 hours. I have never experienced such delay to attend problem in hospitality services industries .And it's happened when they managing groups..Hope rest of the stay will go smooth without any problem...I personally don't recommend such place to visit..., what a poor quality services they offer on the name of Hospitality.. very bad management

Best thing of this place is Gautam tha manager and space. I have been visiting the Heritage since 2 years and always found this property so quiet and spacious.
Rooms are clean, without smell. Interior looks like classic.
Big parking area, grand entrance, loan area is so green, swimming pool and lots of facilities.

The property is nice, services are pathetic so the place is overpriced.
The property is having ample space and pool too.

Wifi was not working, mobile signals were not working.
Room service was sloppy, response time was 1-2 hours.
Asked for water bottles they gave us the plastic RO water bottles, instead of packed water, this also came after long wait, so I couldn't gather courage to ask him to bring the right thing as he would take another few hours.

Rooms of the hotel are decent but needs improvement in hygiene side. Staff and services are quiet good specially restaurant manager is taking care of all your needs. Ragarding food quality I got variety in food but quality of food was ok. I want to thank entire hotel management and staff who helped me to deliver my left over one luggage bag (it was kept with other guests pile and left at hotel) to 30kms away to other hotel on the same day by arranging special vehicle. I wont forgot this courtesy of the hotel management!! Overall I can giving 4 star as room hygiene and food quality needs improvement.

Amazing stay.. the location is very good - serene and peaceful.. good food and rooms.. shoppers Paradise at Heritage Inn is a good place to buy quality goods, genuine high quality goods.. The owner Sardarji is very humble and kind, and gave us the best deal.. overall great place to stay.. highly recommended..

This property is owned & operated by Ex Army person & his family. Very good resort, Good ambiance, Very Good newly build rooms, Food was very good & even provided food for your taste, if requested in advance. Staff was very good especially Young GM Mr. Gautham ji. ... Need to work on restaurant cleaningness at the time of Dinner...

There was zero hygiene at the restaurant, the dishes are mostly uncovered with flies sitting on food, the juice we had was rotten, also the food was too cold to eat. We had to ask the team to at least serve us hot food. The only good point about them is the beautiful property with big rooms, and that itself is misleading. Not recommended for families with kids due to hygiene conditions at the buffet.
