Hotel Raisina Hill

We had booked single room for one night on 16-07-2022. They charged 2700 from us. We had paid full amount at time of check in.
After that at time of checkout they demand us to pay 1382 rupees. I ask how ?
They said 1182 is your dinner bill and 200 was balance I.e you had given 2500 to us. I said pls check your cctv I had given 2700 then they agree and we paid 1182 and check out. After 2 hours of checkout they called us and said you have to give 200 rs to us. I said are you okay? Then they said dena hai to do warna rakhlo 200 rupees me kya ho jayega etc. Behavior of staff on phone is very rude as well as at hotel was also. Food was zero.
Waste of money.
I give 2 stars only for cleanliness
Except this hotel staff behave is rude, food is overall a big wastage of money.

Hotel us good. Staff is very supportive. Food can be improved little more in terms of variety although chef has made the food tasty.
