A beautiful and tranquil hotel in the middle of Jaisalmer 's hustle bustle. We enjoyed our stay here. We probably spent more time admiring the intricate carvings all over here than at the fort. There is also an in-house museum. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooftop restaurant with fort view is a great place to enjoy a candle light dinner with delicious and freshly prepared food.

Lovely place to stay with splendid architecture, no need to do additional sight seeing in the city, spend time beyond it!
Rooms were very well maintained and service was prompt. Food was one of the best we had in our entire Rajasthan tour.

Beautifully maintained heritage hotel. It's an actual palace converted into a hotel. Loved the vibes with amazing food served at the rooftop.
One of the best places to eat out in Jodhpur.

Gorgeous palace, great location, good restaurant. The carvings are exquisite, antique tiles, tasteful decor - felt like royalty. Don’t think twice - proximity to the fort & market is good with car access to the doorstep (unlike properties in the fort)

Wonderful property with beautiful rooms that give you the feel of staying in a haveli.
Food spread needs lot of improvement and taste could have been better as well. Overall, a beautiful stay but as per the tariff things could be a bit better.

Stayed here. It's an extremely beautiful property. Belongs to the king. Awesome food. There's a museum attached.

But the rooms do not match the beauty of property. They are good but they are recently built. So it's not that rustic or heritage.

The location of the hotel is really nice. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is great. The royal family is so warm and friendly. We loved the fact that they meet their guests. We have stayed in so many Heritage properties but it was the 1st time we got to meet the royal family. Totally floored by that gesture of theirs. There is manager called Bhoj Ji. He looks after all the guests so well and will make you feel at home.

I wish I could give lesser rating.
This place deemed as a ‘3 star’ hotel was priced at INR 8600 inclusive of taxes, they did not have basic facilities of same. It should not be priced more than 3-4k even during peak season.

The room was weirdly build and the wall facing the beds had two guns installed for decoration , like why?
Bedroom bath towels looked a century old and no toiletries were provided. There is a frame of a king in rooms which is positioned in a way that they literally stare you back in the mirror whenever using it.

Breakfast spread included just 4 things and tea, they did not have live counter as well. And everything was cold at 9:30 AM already.
On top it all, they allow only “FOREIGN TOURISTS” on there terrace restaurant and Indians are allowed only at a restaurant which is at a lower level in an open area.
Horrible horrible place to stay, please make considerable changes if you want to deem it as 3-star.
