Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel

I've booked this hotel online and had no high hopes, but to my surprise everything from ambience to cleanliness, authentic food to courteous staff has made our stay most comfortable and memorable one. I would personally like to thank Mr. Saleem who gave us the best rooms and Mr. Nityanand for taking care of our taste buds, he sometime went over the board to take our meal requests and always served with smile on his face. Rooms were really spacious, tastefully designed and very clean and hygienic. I would really love to visit the property again.

Great hotel for our 3 nights in Jaipur! The staff is friendly and willing to do their best to help, and restaurant food was delicious too. The only downside I can think of is how our room felt a bit humid and not much fresh air. But would definitely recommend! :)

A beautiful heritage property located at the centre of the city which is accessible to the main places of visit. Heritage suite room was a great experience.
The staff at the reception is very courteous and helpful. Room service is great! The food at its restaurant rangreza is really good and worth the price; much better than one can have outside at some known restaurants or cafe. Executive Mr. Solanki along with his staff at the restaurant were extremely warm and helpful and serve you with a smile!

My stay in Nirbana Palace hotel was a memorable one. It has a great ambiance, rooms are hygenic and clean.. I wish to give an extra star for the Staff.. They are humble always welcome you with a great smile..Food is tasty and they have a wide range of breakfast..

I forgot my belonging in the hotel and my bus was ready to leave in 10minutes. I just made one single call asking for help and within a matter of time they made sure one of the staff came on a bike with my stuff... I am really thankful to them for this..

I can just say in future whenever I or any of my friends or relatives visit Jaipur I'll always recommend the hotel...

My overall experience during the stay is above average. Hospitality from the kitchen staff is awesome. I will rate them as 5 but not with the front desk staff. They are bit arrogant. I have stayed in Premier room but the Mini fridge is not at all working. After complaining multiple times, the response from the front desk is "Mini fridge are like that only and give only that much cooling." This is really an arrogant response from the front desk in such a beautiful place. Hotel administration needs to look into that part. Again, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart as they made our visit with good food.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a good hotel with underrated restaurant. Rooms are good with clean washrooms. Very chilled out place with friendly staff. Bar is not great though- very limited selection of drinks- something to improve upon.

The hotel is well maintained in authentic old traditional way along with a pinch of modern amenities.

This must be a haveli converted into a hotel but it has a lift, a swimming pool and a good restaurant. Restaurant, banquette hall and entire lobby gives you a feel of traditional luxury.

Though on the negative site it is not on the main road, the approach road is too narrow with a space for moving one vehicle at a time for around 200 metres. Parking is limited and difficult to reach through google maps. It has only 34 rooms available for booking so booking in advance may help. We had little issue with management where he did not handle the situation in polite manner.

Breakfast was okeyish and veg food is also above average.

The services were excellent from reception (Mr Vikas) to the Room. We took Heritage suite at a very competitive rate and it was just amazing, neat and clean, representing the tradition. Breakfast was very good, fresh, healthy and service of serving staffs was excellent. We strongly recommend #NirbanaHeritage.👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
