Hotel Arco Palace Jaipur

Linen & blanket looks like used, hygiene is main concerned for me. carry your own if you're planning to book this hotel. wall were dirty, spider and dust all over the furniture and walls.. There is no safety locker or closet inside the room, cleaning staff entered our room when we were not there or they didn't informed us about this, without our permission how they can enter whn all our luggage was there.. Staff was polite to us.. Food was good.. Room 317 locked also not working, anyone can open room evn after locked so you must check look properly before leaving.. Security guard outside hotel gate was so so nice.. Be gentle to him..

It was my 2nd visit at Hotel Arco Palace after a satisfactory one in 2016. But this time the visit was average. Room Service was good enough but food quality deteriorated a lot and though it's mentioned that room service is available upto midnight but in reality after 10:30 PM there is a staff and food availability issue clearly noticed. Check-in & Check-out is hassle free but in my earlier visit I was picked up from Railway station by Hotel itself which is a complimentary service they offers but this time they denied to do so. I think, you should not mention something if you can't provide it. No dustbin was there in the room except one in washroom which I think should be there also in the room area. Overall as per budget it's good enough but it can be way better I guess. This time a three star only.👍

It was a pleasant experience in Hotel.
The receptionist was accommodating, we booked a room for 4 Adults and 1 Kid, she gave a room of 2 Beds, which was quite big enough for the whole family.
The hotel Have GYM and Kids' room as well, which is good. The location was perfect you will get nearby all the things.

One of the nicest hotel stay at Jaipur. Very polite and well behaved staff. Very near to roadways busstand. Cleanliness of the room is top class. The buffet breakfast was also very delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best of Best hotel in jaipur.
Location : 1-2 min walking from metro station/ bus station.
Clean and hygiene: it's very clean hotel looks amazing.
Early check-in: if there is availability they will provide you it without any extra charges.
Great Resturant: they have a proper 30-40 people a very good looking resturant with tech support you get update what you order and how much it cost and free if it takes more than 30 min to diliver.
Kids Play room: they have a very good sized kids Play room
Huge gym: it was unexpected but gym was pretty big with all the equipment.
Economical: all of above it's a economical hotel .

Go for it

Very bad experience with the hotel staff and manager/owner.
We waited for car parking for 30-45 min during the night at 1 AM and the manager/owner came and talked very rudely.
Instead of resolving our problem he rudely said you can leave the hotel do check-out immediately.
At 2 AM i had to go and park my car in paid parking.

Apart from this bed sheets were very dirty no one came for luggage pickup and drop. This hotel staff treats customers like they are paying for our stay.
Total waste of money.

One of the best hotels in Jaipur to stay at. Staff that is highly mannered and courteous. very close to a bus stop along a road. Superior cleanliness permeates the space. The breakfast buffet was also quite tasty. Indisputable recommendation for this location.
