HOTEL SANWALIYA VILLA AND SPA

I couldn’t find a hotel in my budget in Jaisalmer due the peak season , I visited in November . Sanwariya seemed easy on my pocket so I booked it . When I saw photos on site I wasn’t quite excited but when I reached the hotel I was very satisfied to see how nice the place was . The ambiance is great , rooms are clean and nice . They have a cute terrace dining area as well . The staff is really very helpful and sweet . Always available when you need . I had a really delightful stay !

Mr. Akshay purohit was available there I think he was owner of the hotel . very genuine man.i think I will recommended to my all friends and every one . Go stay and visit jaisalmer .

Beautiful well situated and well managed boutique hotel in Jaisalmer. Nice panoramic view of Golden Fort from terrace. Nice clean and comfortable room. Staff and manager create very good ambiance for guest. Overall satisfied with all services.

2. Family suite rooms are neat & clean with good space.
3. Bed sheets & blankets are also very clean with no bad smells.
4. Hotel staff is very co-operative & always available ready to serve you.
5. Hotel can help you arrange guide & safari package as well.
6. Food quality is very good freshly prepared.

Advice for hotel:
Please arrange some music & party on terrace in evening for relaxing the guests.

Overall it was a very good experience for my family.

Very small rooms with poor service and just like someone had mentioned earlier, the flush was not working and the rooms were also not clean. One of our rooms stinker when we checked in, we complained it to them and they sprayed room fresheners but the smell was unhide-able.........We had breakfast free in our itinerary but we did not consume it as it was not of the quality we had expected........When we went in their kitchen, we found that the bread packet, from which they had served us bread, it did not have an expiry date printed on it........They had a goibibo quality check certificate on their wall behind the reception, I wonder how they managed to acquire it............Would not recommend to stay here..........

Service was very poor. Room flush wasn’t working . Only 7 rooms in the hotel also, one one person managing the hotel with one caretaker. It took more than 1 hour just to make a tea.

Rooms ate Nice and the staffs are so polite and easy to reach. Food is good and affordable. Overall a good stay experience.

Restaurant was not good . It was mini kitchen sort of like dhaba and they over charged for the food
