CHIRAG HAVELI

This hotel is rated highly in Google, but after staying we got confused why it is rated so highly. 1. location and entrance is congested and dirty. 2. rooms are small in contrary to the online images and also were dirty. 3. bathroom is stained and water geyser not working. 4. rooms are very durty. 5. hotel is very inadequately staffed and one person in all kinda hotel; so forget about daily room servicing n cleaning. 6. bed sheets are also stained. 7. complementary breakfast is so limited; this is the worst complementary breakfast in entire rajasthan tour. overall an horrible stay with hotel requiring lots of improvement in its services.

Best hotelstay in Jaisalmer anyday. They provided a late night pickup service from railway station as our train was late. The room exceeded my expectation and the bathroom was spacious. Hot water supply is available all the time and the Wifi speed is pretty good. The best part is that the rooftop Romany restaurant which serves both delicious vegetables and non-veg food. They would also provide Desert Safari which is worthy enough. Allover much recommended as Mr. Chirag hosted us well throughout.

Better to share your journey plan with hotel owner ‘Chirag’ prior to your check-in, he will guide you to plan your journey in a best way.

Only one thing that I found it’s rooftop restaurant. The taste was okay but it’s really overpriced.

Nice hotel and We stayed here for a night. We liked the rooms very much. The most notable mention is the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help.

A neat and clean hotel stay which is like 2-3minutes walk to Jaisalmer fort and almost 15minutes walk to Gadisar lake or Cultural Museum. They have two types of room deluxe and suite room. We stayed in suite room and had extra mattress without any additional cost. Quite satisfactory stay at a reasonable price.

This is really an excellent stay to book for an Incredible experience near Jaisalmer Fort. The scenic from here is so beautiful, especially the sunrise and sunset. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, well maintained and clean. The restaurant above has excellent quality food and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful, they take every request and serve such that you will be fulfilled always.

Amazing Place! Beautiful property, great hospitality and reasonably priced. quite and peaceful gateway from city. I’ll high recommend this place for relaxation with friends and family .

Staff is very polite n helpful. The rooms r clean n well maintained. The owner personally looks into issues if any. The staff is available at odd hours also. The roof top restaurant is very nice too. Had a wonderful experience.

We stayed there for one night. Chirag is good guy but he needs to be bit more responsive towards clients. Our plan was to move from Jaisalmer city to desert and he offer a package. We also had a drop to hotel at Jodhpur included. The driver Vipin Sharma kept talking on the phone continuously. We hd a plan to stop at war museum but its closed on Tuesday. I expected Chirag to be aware of this and we could have covered on the previous day. So my Son could enjoy one of the best attraction WAR MUSEUM.
Any ways it was a OK kind of stay at Chirag Haveli. Will i stay there again or recommend someone to deal with him again ? May be NO.
