The food is absolutely awesome and there's so much variety. The staff is very courteous. This hotel has proper lighting which is what I liked the most. Rooms are neither too big nor too small just the perfect size with charging points on both sides of the bed. Though I had a room with 2 queen size beds due to unavailability of king sized bedrooms, they made sure that the beds were properly joined to make it a king sized one. Location is very good, situated within market, CCD is next to the hotel. I would definitely visit this place again!

A conveniently located full service hotel with 76 comfortable rooms appointed with great furnishing and cleanliness. The staff is warm and courteous and are fluent in English. The place has an excellent roof top bar and Italian restaurant. The food is delectable and what adds to the experience is the beautiful view of the Nahargarh Fort, all lit up in its evening finery. They serve good hand crafted pizza baked live. We ordered lasagna as well and unlike most of the places, found the lasagna as it is supposed to be. A great place for a romantic dinner with great cocktails to go with it. Expect great evenings.

Very good hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are on a smaller side but enough for 2 adults, fitting an extra bed could make it very congested. The food is good with a varied spread daily. The executive chef tends to interact with the guests during the meals and provides dishes as per personal taste if possible. In all, it is a great hotel at good value for money for a short visit to Jaipur.

The hotel faces a busy avenue. Traffic involves the incessant sounding of vehicle horns. Try to obtain a room on the highest floor possible and at the end of the corridor away from the front. Despite double glazing, some street noise will most likely enter rooms but probably not to the point of disturbing sleep. Our stay passed comfortably though we found the mattress in our room noticeably firm.

The breakfast buffet provided a selection of both Indian and western dishes, both hot and cold, savory and sweet with items to suit various tastes. Staff were attentive and responsive. For convenience we ate dinner in the ground floor restaurant. We found the service efficient, and the food tasty and reasonably priced by western standards. The rooftop restaurant is delightfully located with both enclosed and open patio areas; however, it serves Italian cuisine and we traveled to India to enjoy local foods specifically.

A short walk from the hotel via a back lane, Narayan Singh Bhati Path, at the side of the hotel and then to the right is the Nirbana Palace Hotel. It has a good, reasonably priced restaurant. For variety we dined there and enjoyed the meal. We did not see other appealing restaurants conveniently in the vicinity of the hotel.

If you prefer public transport, Sindhi Camp metro station is around the corner and up Station Road (900 meters away) with trains to Chandpole, the next station, at the edge of the historic Pink City where you can walk to attractions if you like.

One point of contention that we encountered was the need to have reception make local phone calls for us as we did not have an Indian SIM. We had encounters with the person on switchboard interfering with our attempts to call a local taxi service instead of using the hotel’s service which, as often at hotels, was more expensive. We wanted a local tariff, not the foreigner (higher) tariff. With our polite insistence they reluctantly cooperated.

The food is good and location and access is excellent. Staff is very nice. Internet is slow and movie watching over internet is not possible due to slow speed. Lift is spacious and staircase is clean too. All my basic travel and stay needs were met. I recommend this hotel.

Nice stay. Cooperative staff. Nice food, good ambience. Centrally located. Budget friendly. A nice bar to quench your thirst with very fine dining both in the restaurant area and on the roof top.
The staff is always ready to give their best support to make your stay worth at the property.

Location: well connected to railway station
Food: both the restaurants inside the hotel serves excellent food but pricey ( comprise of cess and other taxes)..
Rooms: are okay. Towels are extremely rough and u need to ask for basic necessities every time as compared to any other 4 star hotel, comforters are not cosy.
Ambiance and staff: excellent
