Capital O Amit Palace

We have booked deluxe room in the hotel there were cocroaches in the room as well as on the bed. In term of cleanness we gave 2 stars. Room service was not good they send food & water after making 2-3 calls.

Foul smell in rooms, Intercom not working, Dirty Toilets and not providing Towels, Hand Wash in Toilets on request also. Worst hotel i have ever stayed. They are only interested in providing liquor on demand. Kindly don't stay there.

The view is great from every room I had been in very cold with gallery 304,305,306 and very warm without gallery comparatively 313. The room is very clean and well furnished, bathrooms are clean as well. The Hotel is good for business trips and couple.

Feel not good at the property,looks like from so many years the don't update/ maintain the hotel even bedsheet, pillow cover and quilting are very Dirty and smelling also feel like we stay at horrible I don't recommend it at all. If you have to live under compulsion then stay in Dharamshala...

The worst hotel ever for family. It is a bar in the town, Skip this , stay in dormitory instead.
Reception gave 3 rooms for family at 10:30 PM on 1st floor.
After 11:30PM realized on same floor 5-6 rooms were given to 15-20 men who were smoking and drinking heavily with loud music and unmanageable, who were were fighting in the corridors till early 2AM.
The hotel extension was not working, didn`t dare to go to reception and complain due to family security issue.

this is good hotel with good location in bhilwara. but food is soo expensive.
hotel staff was cooperative and room is clean.
