Location is just perfect. Everything was great start from
Checkin till checkout. Front office staff is friendly and professional. Room
Was spacious with neat washroom. Room service was prompt. Thanks to all hotel team specially Mr.Ajit for making our stay delightful. Recommend for next visit. Best wishes for team.

A good budget and clean hotel in Ajmer if you are around the city.

Few good pointers -
1. Clean rooms with white linen
2. They have a parking right opposite to hotel
3. Good spacious rooms
4. A mini fridge which is in working condition
5. A good restaurants for fine dining in the basement

Some things to be worked upon
1. The tap water or the flush is sometimes running on without in use
2. Lift is of 15 years back still in use
3. Staff will listen but they will not action upon quickly

This is a average location to stay. The floors were dirty as were the sheets and the glass tumblers in the room. Wi-fi was okay .The biggest issue seems to be maintenance. The restaurant associated with the hotel which is directly under the hotel was marginal at best. The ceiling had sections that were falling down, the food was oily and lacked flavor.

Me and my hubby with our four months old child stayed there for two days. As i hve arrived there with my broken foot and painful waist.The hotel staff ws very helpful at 9 :30 pm they called there own auto driver kalu bhaiya and he took me to the hospital And he helped me out there in xray and bringing my medicines. The staff kept countinusly asking me about my health. In night as our baby was nt feelin comfrtable in the room we choosed so they shifted us in another room where my baby slept comfortably. Pyarelal ji was very very nice person he was in love with our baby. Overall all the staff is very well behaved and friendly and experienced.But j must say the food is so expensive otherwise our stay was so good , i highly recommend this hotel for your happy stay in Ajmer sharif the divine place.

Good hotel in the midst of city and nearby places include dargah, ajmer fort. Hotel is nice and clean and staff was helpful and polite. Provided breakfast was tasty. You may find eatables in the room and in the refrigerator but they are paid and not complementary.

Nothing good expect the room.

No TV
No intercom (call the reception at there mobile)
Not even proper hot water (it was 15°C when I was there)
Super rude!!!! Manager...
Staff was always fighting with each other.
This was only what I remember as I was there a month back..

By far my worst hotel stay ever (considering the prices). I would have rather stayed in a dharshala at a lower price, with more or less same facilities as this hotel gave us.

If you are reading this review, please think of other properties in Ajmer as well..!
I am never going back, in fact you also shouldn't.

Worst experience ever, i will call it a dharamshala and not a hotel for sure, i couldn't even list the problems we faced here in our 2 day stay starting from lock to cleanliness, almost every amenity here is compromised. People from many rooms were like shouting and fighting but the receptionist has a no response and everyone is playing dumb here.. i am pretty sure that all the 5 star reviews are paid reviews and this hotel recommendation is showing on top on agoda and MMT which is also paid recommendations for sure.

Staff behaviour is good. Room rent is reasonable. They arrange transportation tuktuk and maulb/guide for Ajmer Sharif Dargah darshan who guide well not to spend unnecessarily. Hakim is the auto driver and Usman baba is maulbi/ guide.
