Treebo Trend Udai Niwas

The rooms were spacious and clean. They have a breakfast option which we tried and found it to be delicious.
The view from the terrace and roof top restaurant is marvelous.
The only drawback was that the lift is too small for 3-4people to fit in.

Visited this hotel in December. Little late to post the review.
It is located in the heart of the city. Just near Lake pichola. Very nice ambience. Clean and hygienic cozy rooms, Has nice roof top restaurant with great lake view and also a small coffee shop. Staff is helpful and courteous. We didn't try food here as we were roaming around and had food outside but we had best blueberry cheesecake in the coffee shop.
They provided extra blankets on request which is good.
Only drawback of the entire rajasthan hotels during winters is the solar system. We hardly could get hot water throughout our trip but in this hotel we could take hot water shower (Not so hot though manageable).
Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Do not book this property from any of booking website they are running scam. These guys are listing their rooms at lower rates and take bookings; later they will refuse to accommodate and ask for money in cash for check in. Beware of these cheaters.

This hotel is fraud, they are cheaters, i booked this hotel 3 months back... received a confirmation mail..even confirmed them on phone..but the day we reached udaipur..they said we had no booking...and when we confronted them that we have recordings in phone where they have confirmed our booking...they said we can't accommodate you in our hotel as there is no rooms available..and then managed as in another hotel near by. Never ever book this hotel they are cheaters.

The rooms and the property is very very clean , and the location is so much good that all places are accessible. The host the staff and specially Mr Prashant were so kind to us that the allowed early checkin and also provided room that were very cozy. The restaurant view is a must and should be missed.

Excellent location with all amenities. Very close to Ghat and every thing available at walking distance.
Safe and well connect with all market place. peaceful environment and staff is also good and polite. Food is also good and rooftop restrorent kya baat kya baat....

Sooperb hotel to stay, polite and joyous staff. Great breakfast options clean rooms and restaurant offers a great view of the city around.

Only negative point about this hotel is that it doesn't have any parking space. People would have to park their vehicles in nearest government parking spots, which is chargeable on hourly basis.

One of the best stays in Udaipur for travellers. Very close to everything. Walkable distance. Rooms are great. Cleanliness is great. No complaints at all. Suitable for families and friends alike
