Hotel Classic Jaisalmer

The hotel rooms were clean and hygienic.
The staff was very helpful in providing the auto facilities for us to travel within the city and for shopping.
The food was very good and clean with a pretty view on their rooftop restaurant.
The overall stay has been very comfortable and good.
Recommend to book here while you are in Jaisalmer to have a comfort stay and easy access to all the major tourist places.

The food in the restaurant is also very good in terms of taste and cleanliness.
All in all, recommending this stay while you are in Jaisalmer for a comfort and budget friendly stay with your family or friends.

Everything was wonderful except a constant smell inside bathroom. Which perhaps cannot be prevented because it happened due to drying of drain pipes. Towel were smelling of chlorine but we had our own so that was not an issue.The room was clean. Room service was fantastic. I have to specially mention that the chef/cook is really good at his job and served delecious food. They helped us on getting vehicles to and fro railway station. I would recommend try booking cabs, bikes or safari through them. They may get you same in reasonable price.

Extremely disappointed. We went to their hotel seeing all the good reviews and the pictures. The bedsheets, towels and pillow covers were all dirty. The bathroom stinked like anything. Weren’t even able to brush properly, gag reflex kicked in.

Very friendly staff and service. We checked in at night and even then they were very responsive and helpful. Food is also very good here. Rooms were very clean and organised.
