Gold Leaf Hotel

Location of the hotel is near Gulab Bagh and is mostly at Centre. Rooms are of good quality. Pictures shared are for Room No. 301. Interiors and furniture is also great. The bed mattress is very soft and will definitely take away the tiredness of the day. Toilets are clean and they maintain the hygiene well. Staff is a bit slow, but supportive. Food quality is good. Ample varieties for breakfast. Pics attached are for Super Deluxe Room and are spacious.
Only set back is they don't have geysers inside the toilet, instead they have a central boiler. Hence you have to request them everytime you need to use hot water and wait for atleast 15mins. But can be very well managed if planned properly.

Let me start with our entry, which was late night .The staff coordinated with us and serve delicious dinner, even restaurant kitchen counter close. Location, it’s so close to so many visiting sites. Everything is in the nearby. This helped us in exploring the city easily.
From Housekeeping to room service, everything was proper, we had no complaints for anything. Manager, staff were so friendly and helpfull.

Let me start with our entry, which was early morning.The staff coordinated with us very well and made things easy for us.

Then comes its location, it’s so close to so many visiting sites. Everything is in the radius of 1.5 - 3 kms. This helped us in exploring the city easily.

From Housekeeping to room service, everything was proper, we had no complaints for anything. Also, owners were so friendly and helped us in all of our queries. They actually made this trip easy and memorable one with their co-operation.

Firstly, hotel's location is bad if you're looking for a quiet place. Area is so dusty that the hotel is covered in dust, both inside and out.Secondly the rooms, I booked 4 rooms only was in decent condition, the other 3 had terrible algae on its walls and had unbearable algae smell. Overall unstayable, especially if you have kids. The management said that nobody else complained about the algae so far and I was being unreasonable. But they also said they could see the algae/moss on the walls and wants me to adjust/compromise. I checked out with in an hour of check-in. At the end I got 50% of my money back (thanks to goibibo) but is it worth all the pain and hassle I had to go through especially with my extended family and kids My new year eve was ruined. Please stay away.

Well within city limits and close by from attractions. Less parking space. Food at the hotel restaurant is very gud. Rooms are big enough for 2 people. Staff responsiveness could have been better.

The room was pathetic. We were alloted room Without changing the bedsheets, quilt covers, pillow covers.I booked this room for 2 nights.In this covid situation, room needs to be maintained well but not sure if it was ever sanitised or cleaned properly . I see dust everywhere. The artificial plants kept inside the room were having dust on them.honestly I don’t suggest anybody to stay here. I am staying in this room while writing this review. So please consider my review. When I asked house keeping staff their answer was “ nahi pata”
