Over all, the built of hotel is excellent.
The location is also great but the road which leads to the resort is under construction so it's too painful to find a way out because the one way which Google maps suggests you is already broken and maps doesn't show you the one which is under construction.
Now, about the room and services. We booked premium room and we already mentioned that we're traveling with a one year old child. We spent a fair share of money worth the stay pf a five star hotel not any discounted cheap once and still they gave us a room which had TWIN BEDS. We checked in and left immediately for sightseeing. We came back at night and found out about the twin beds. We complaint about it and the receptionist was so rude to tell us that we should have checked before keeping our things in. We had to fight for our right to a better room with proper bed and all at midnight with a sleepy crying toddler in hand and still they gave us the attitude that he isn't the one who booked us to the room.
This is very shameful for the hotel owners as this is a five star hotel, not some cheap two star.

Facilities are top notch. But the way to he resort is too much difficult. It took us reach to hotel from main highway to hotel like 20 minutes when it should take only 5 minutes only. But let me give clarity, it took extra time as the new road was under construction. So next time When we'll visit again, it will be good.

Except let you enjoy your own liquor in resort instead room, I didn't face any issue.
Best place, so peaceful, so useful, so many things to do.

Excellent Resort with warm hospitality and awesome breakfast and dinner buffet. Special mention to the receptionist Khushi and restaurant staff Ritesh. They both are really very kind, polite, helpful and hospitable. Amazing location with great Interiors.

Not worth the price! Untrained staff, very average food in the buffet that had gone cold, sub-standard live kitchen, no view from the window of our room, very basic bathroom amenities and the list could go on. Spent about 12 hours sleepover at the hotel and would NEVER return….

Justa Sajjangarh is wonderful property! we enjoyed our stay here. got room upgrade thanks to reception.

The only good thing in this hotel is the room. It's acceptable size and good comfort. Rather than this it was the most noisy hotel I've ever stayed in my life!!
It's on the main street with the Indian style traffic means lots of horns and not only this also inside of the hotel, the corridors are the playground for children even after midnight and people are screaming and this noise is also directly in your room. Although I called few times the reception they didn't do anything about this.
The staff is nice with Indian style but not professional at all. Also the food was not good, we couldn't find anything to eat even at breakfast. For non Indian visitors I believe this is not a correct address..

First of all they cancelled our booking without informing. Then they upgraded our stay to sweet. But it was a terrible experience. In sweet room, they troubled us in every aspect. No hot water, no timely room clean and horrible service during breakfast. Really a horrible experience after paying 15k per room per night.
