The resort is very nice. We went there for a destination wedding . More than 50% guests got food poisoning. It is difficult to digest food there as the water is hard and food is heavy. There is no chemist close by. Advised to carry basic medication and electral

Sloppy, slow and bad service by staff. Unpalatable food. What you order doesn’t come even 1/2 hr later. All guests in restaurant were angry- someone’s tea hadn’t come even after 1/2 hr, another said the breakfast was all cold, third guest’s order got mixed up. We also left half way as our order too too long to come. Traveldesk will fleece you and not even give hard copy of bill. My mom fell I’ll and was taken to doctor in morning but no driver was available. This is how they tackle emergencies. PATHETIC. The manager representing Club Mahindra will only talk sweetly but not really help. Room maintenance is bad, somewhere a TV doesn’t work, in another room toilet flush keeps overflowing. After several reminders it was be repaired, i was reminded of the local civic bodies. If you are a CLUB MAHINDRA member please don’t visit it, even when you complain, all CLUB MAHINDRA says is Sorry. Don’t be taken in by the property’s appearance. There are much better hotels in Jodhpur.

Extremely poor service. A glass of milk was not delivered even in 90 minutes. Not recommended to anyone .
Other amenities like pool was not having safeguards for kids. Slide was broken.
Absolutely negative marking. Waste of money and time.
Better to stay in Dharamshala or local hotel than this idiotic place.

Nice ambience a lil away from city. If you are looking for peaceful vacation yoh can surely opt for this place

Everything is good except for room service and free wifi. Room service is poor and wifi is only in reception and dining area in which reception one is very bad. It provides only 20 kbps download speed.

The hotel property is excellent and well maintained. The service is extremely poor. Staff is negligent and unprofessional. My entire family had food poisoning after staying there for 2 day. Hotel is situated at the outskirts of the city. No shops or medical facilities nearby. Better hotels are available in the city.

I stayed in Room No 302. The water coming in taps is smelly & yellow. Most definitely it is coming from sewage treatment plant. I had a severe case of vomiting whole night probably because I used the water for brushing & gargling.
I would never visit this resort again nor refer to anybody. It is a shame on the owner and the maintenance team that they can’t provide clean water to their guests.

Most pathetic club Mahindra tie up...let's start with reception, the owner does not allow us till reception and we are needed to carry luggage for some distance as bell boys are not always available....food is very un hygienic, the rooms are dirty with poor plumbing work... Avoid as it is no way closer to club Mahindra standards...
