I visited there along with 8 of my family members and had a very pleasant and comfortable stay there.
The property is very beautiful, rooms were in an immaculate condition when we reached.
Food was top-notch. Preparation & presentation both were excellent.
The staff were very co-operative, provided us with timely food & anything else we asked for. Host(owner) Ma'am is a wonderful host, overseeing every tiny bit of work herself.
Hope to visit again.

Went to The Cultural Heritage, one of the two restaurants on the premises. Soothing live music with an excellent lively singer and drummer, courteous & efficient staff, soul uplifting ambience and professional service.
Had an par excellent dish "Mutton ghee roast" that sufficed for two. Moderately priced too !!..

Poor housekeeping, dirty rooms and short supplies.
- Intercom not working
- WiFi was not working
- No hot water at night (though it’s in their hands to provide it)
- Extra bed was provided with a protruding nail that could easily hurt us

Positive part is their location, look, proximity to airport and Ummed Bhavan Palace. Restaurant staff is pretty nice and helpful. Good quality is good too. I won’t recommend this place for an Indian family traveler

They offered to us the room that wasn’t cleaned properly and added an extra bed with a nail protruding out that could easily tear clothes if not hurt. Intercom was out of order. Hot water is not available at night. We were told that it’s completely silt: We had to request for it due to our special circumstances and at that time the staff pressed some switch from the reception and surprisingly hot water started flowing. We requested cleaning of the room and the reception staff escalated to the management who were back home then. We were offered a new

Overall experience: Average and not a 3 star property.

We reached around evening and saw no guest had checked in for the day. When enquired we were told that hotel is 90% occupied by those who fly the aircraft for Republic Day.

The property is huge and seems to be old property. We got an upgradation of room to suite and it was spacious however it was not cleaned. We could see an inch of dust on all tables. When we asked for batteries for AC remote they gave us room heater which was too small.

Next day morning we complained to day manager and he helped us with cleaning and AC.

In bathroom, flush water tank and shower were leaking continuously, no exhaust fan, mo toiletries.

We saw the different room which was originally booked and it was very small and congested so we decided to stay in suite room.

Breakfast: limited options- Upma on both days, fruits, bread and jam, eggs, paratha / puri.

We had dinner one day and the preparation was average. There was some live music during evenings.

The antique look, trying to hold on to the heritage but above all the staff of this hotel made the stay a very good one. The initial issues that we faced were very well handled by Tanay Prakash Ji.
The facilities in the rooms and the food spread(variety) has scope for improvement.

This hotel name is kept in the name of karni mata .Karni Mata known by various names such as Bhagwati, Mehaai, Jagdamba, and Kiniyani is a Hindu Goddess of power and victory described as a warrior sage who lived between 14th to 16th century in Western Rajasthan. Karni Mata is the tutelary deity of the Rajputs and Charans of northwestern India. As a Sagati, she is also worshipped as an incarnation of Hinglaj or Durga. She is the official deity of the royal families of Bikaner and Jodhpur. Karniji played an important role in shaping the history of the region. She is intimately associated with the establishment of the Rajput hegemony in the region. With her blessings, Rao Jodha and Rao Bika founded new kingdoms of Jodhpur and Bikaner. At the request of the Maharajas of Bikaner and Jodhpur, she laid down the foundations of Bikaner Fort and Mehrangarh Fort, the two most important forts in the region. She lived an ascetic life and was widely revered during her own lifetime. Indian Army troops from the Marwar region also regard Karni Mata as their patron deity.
