All categories like Suite, Deluxe are too good. Little expensive but you can enjoy fully. I had booked for suite for my family trip. Room service is very prompt. Cleaning is too good. All furnitures are maintained and looks like new incl curtains. Bathroom is well furnished with all necessary amenities. Free Wi fi, mineral water, tea n Coffee sachet. Mini freezer available in room. Mosquito repellent provided. Comfortable King size bed for our 3 members. Beautiful sightseeing of natural beauty of Nakki lake n hill from balcony. Dining table with 4 chairs provided in balcony. One Sunlounger also in balcony. Very good staff and co operative. Hygienic n testy food you can get. AC and TV are very good condition. Transport facilities also available on demand. Check in and check out timing is fixed, no relaxation. You can really enjoy with your family here. It is also very nearby of "OM SHANTI" hall. Safety, Hygienic food, Privacy, Natural view from room n balcony, Cleaning of room n bed etc and bathroom.

Hotel location- 5/5 Hotel Food and Service -5/5 Overall very good however behaviour of one person was very rude. we reached there early morning (06:00, 05/12)22) when I told him that i have booking then he told rudely to go back and come again after 11:30. Then I told him why he is behaving like this, he can also allow us to wait at reception area as out side hotel was too cold, later he allowed.Rest hotel staff and services was good.

Nice and clean place , staff behaviour is also good, didn't try food so don't know about it, near Lake , can see the view and have a rooftop restaurent.

There is no room heater in winter. If you ask , they will charge Rs 500 per night, which is not correct. Good Location.

Stay was good. Reception Staff during check in was not customer friendly. Food was just okay.Tv was not working ( channels)
Otherwise had nice stay. Clean , comfortable delux room. The toilet height was very low. My head was barely touching the roof.(5 ' 11) Kids play area. Nice ambience. Had a great family time. Nice like view. Recommended.

in front of nakki Lake ....best if you go with a toddler....a children park area is included in the property....plus the road infront of the property is off limits to any vehicle so they can safely expore the area ... rooftop restaurant has good view of the lake ...pure veg restaurant has not many options and avg taste. this hotel is best if you have children accompanying you.... small children park included in the property is well maintained....the rooms are little costlier bcos of the location I guess...but only suit rooms have lake view...hotel is small but we'll designed

The beauty of nakki lake can be enjoyed from the balcony of The Lake Palace hotel's room.
Food served good. 24 hrs hot water available. Room service is also good. Behaviour of hotel staff is good and polite. TV with all channels are available. One can enjoy in their private balcony with lake view or can go to open terrace restaurant for food.
Very good service. And the service can be improved by giving shaving kit and brush kit( including this price range).

The view s breathtaking from Balcony. Rooms are perfectly carved and gives you a feeling of Bungalow.
Staff s polite and service s fast. I enjoyed my stay with Hood portion of tasty food.
Small children park with swings available. The roof top restaurant s also very scenic and nakki lake is just few steps down.
