Very good hotel in Pratapgarh. Stayed here for two nights. Spacious and clean rooms. Value for money.

A comfortable stay. Rooms were well laid out and were clean. Good option for staying for a night or two.

Best hotel and good night stay facilitiy and 1 floor and 2 floor two big hall are there and fans and AC facility are provide them and ground floor such a beautiful temple parasnath Bhagwan Pratima over there l....

The hotel is not convenient for any kind of stay.
Water supply for selected hours

No hot water arrangement resecption has the control of your room geaser and they will not allow to switch other then one hour in morning
No drinking water supply in room
Insufficient blankets to handle the cold temperature
Windows have gaps and cold winds enter in the room throughout the night
Bathroom latches don't work and resecption will keep ignoring your calls and requests

Hotel Poonam Palace is such a hotel where you should never book a wedding because this hotel will charge Rs 2000 per room but for your convenience I will give you nothing, no hot water, no blanket, no pillow, staff will ask you You will talk after talking, there is no manners to talk, nothing. You will book for 2 days, the hotel will give you the main room at 11.00 am, where will your guests coming in the morning stay, till then you are requested to never book this hotel, there is no water in the bathroom, the door of the washroom is open.

Never ever go for this hotel... Very cheap staff and all team 🤢

It was great, reasonable tariff, clean and spacious rooms along with the bathroom, very nice ambiance, hospitality was good, the staff members were always ready to help you out with all your queries..nearby the main bus stand, from where you can get the bus for anywhere... the only thing which bothers that the room service was not available on time, you have to wait for them..
