Ambay Villa, A luxury stay

The service at the Hotel Ambay Villa was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming by the Room to check with us). Numerous attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the stay site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every visit. I usually offer suggestions for improvements (part of being a marketing professor), but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.The lady manager was extremely took our heart and gave best service, all staff members are outstanding including Desk manager Surendra Jee ,

The perfect quite place for a pleasant vacation. The staff behaviour is too good. Food is good. Cleanliness is awesome. One of the best property to stay and enjoy your vacation. The outdoor sitting area is a cherry on top.

Really loved the place. To be honest ,it feels like home. Very comfortable, staff members are very polite and professional.

It's better than many 4-5 star hotels in Udaipur.

My husband and I stayed here from 2nd Nov to 4th Nov 2022. It was a lovely experience- the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. The service from Mr. Surinder Singh was commendable - very helpful, hospitable, and very polite. Most attractions in and around Lake Pichola such as City Palace, Hathi Pola, Jagdish temple, Ambrai Ghat are around 5 kms away - the fartherest is Sajjangad Palace is around 8 kms away. Highly recommend the property and the service. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had reserved this place for my guests after reading some fantastic reviews and how true they were. My guests had an early arrival and the hosts were so emphatic to accommodate at 7am. The attention to details and cleanliness in a budget is so becoming of this place. Thanks and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a homestay in Udaipur.

Ambay Villa is the best place to stay in Udaipur if you want a homely stay. The staff is extremely cooperative and polite. They will not hesitate to go out of their way to serve you better. The food is also great and homely. Also, they maintain great hygiene and the management is great as well. The location is also perfect. Overall, its a 5/5.

I was travelling with my parents and we wanted a quieter area; Ambay villa is tucked away in a residential area right round the main bustling areas which served our purpose entirely. Most of the places are about 4-7kms away which is not bad if you have your own vehicle.

The service provided by Surendra Singh and his staff was amazing, friendly and prompt.

The property itself is well maintained and has a patio space to chill.
