Hotel Mirage

Since it's in Mohali, it's located bit far from airport.
But rooms are pretty good, they're spacious.
Food- okayish - the chicken in the soup was mixed, mixed in the sense some pieces were properly cooked and some were not. But chilly chicken was good.
Room service is pretty much prompt and ready to help always
Breakfast buffet - veg options were not that good

We went to hotel as well as bar and both are wonderful. The experience with the bar tenders and rest of the employees was super nice. Had a great time with friends. They have four types of beers and own brewery. Humble, progressive and unique

Mr Ajay & Miss Kumkum were awesome in hospitality. They welcomed us like their family members. Food was excellent. Stay arrangements and dining experience was unforgettable.

We celebrated my parents 25th anniversary here. The food was amazing and service by Miss Poonam was great. She was polite and also clicked our photos. We enjoyed and had fun.

We are there for a date , The staff is very polite and helpful special Miss Poonam take care of everything we need.She is having a nice nature and polite behaviour. We enjoyed our date.

Believe the one star reviews. Not sure what the deal is with this place. We were supposed to be in an executive suite but upon arrival were placed in the Mirage Suite which was not only smaller, but there was blood on the walls, the shower window curtain was covered in mold, and the place was very dirty. The next night we were moved into the proper suite but it had a plumbing problems and was dirty. We complained to the front desk, but nothing was done and finally we had to move because we could no longer withstand the stench of raw sewage that ultimately permeated into the corridor. The final move was the room we should’ve gotten originally. Though the personal is polite, it is unclear if they or the owner fully understand the condition of this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The restaurant however was the positive note of our stay.

The service was amazing. Poonam was on her toes to serve us and explained the menu and the dishes excellently. She is pleasant and jovial. The ambience is decent good, but the chef needs to work on his skills.

Very tasty food and Poonamji 's service is appericiatable..i like the ambience.totally v enjoyed the dinner..I feel food is bit oily other than that all is good...
