Sun Park Hotel & Banquet, Zirakpur - Chandigarh

Very pleasant stay. Value for money. Nice staff. Some more exposure was required from hotel staff to use other amenities like Spa, dine restaurant and others. Nightlife was missing. There must be DJ party type event. Food was good but some costly. It can be some lower by hotel.only one bath towel was given for couple.

The stay was good but during checkout unprofessional behaviour seen at reception, the person asked for adhaar id again and said it was misplaced. It's not my fault if it is misplaced at your end. Also they add charges of dental kit which i didn't order. Anyways the stay was good, the room was good, fully sanitized, also good food, yummy.

Parking space is just enough, but it's a wedding destination, so many times wedding and other celebration events are there. Rooms are comfortable only for two guests, washroom were stinky and warm water is not available at evening. Food quality is nice and service is good. But don't have breakfast here because not much options are there.

Nice hotel! The food quality was excellent! Hospitality was also good! Highly recommended for family. Specially Thanks to the reception staff they are warm welcoming to their guest . Overall highly recommended .

We stay here for 1 night everything is good but not best. They are charging for everything. We just ordered 3 empty plates only to eat something and they charged us 300 rs for 3 empty plates only. We ordered toothbrush in morning they charged 30 rs for it. These are the basic rules of hotels to provide you cutlery. No towels in washroom. I will advise everyone do not book this hotel and if you book you should have all your stuff like towel, plates , toothpaste , brush etc. They will not cook for you and will not allow you to take food from outside. I will not book this hotel ever again.

it's been nice stay n it's family room is awesome. if u ve children dn it's best room to stay. food is also good. found negative reviews before booking but there is nothing like tht when visited.
family room is awesome. as couple u ve privacy n along with ds, u keep an eye on ur children.

At the price that we got, the hotel was decent. However, it is not properly maintained. They have lots of staff and resources but seems like not being used properly. Dirt and dust at various location in the room, damaged furniture, taps leaking in washroom, crackling sounds in doors etc. Also, didn't get the hot water in the afternoon as well as in evening for shower.
One more thing was that our room was highway facing so traffic noise throughout the stay.

Stayed at their Manali property too but same hot water problem there too.

If maintained properly, this can be a great property.

it's actually 4.5 stars..The room was good and the staff was very polite.. something's were lacking like dental kit was paid, slippers were paid. In a hotel of such stature these things should be complementary.
