Glades Hotel

Lovely comfortable clean stay. Perfect bed, great location, good Courteous staff. Tasty food as i opted for room with food. Breakfast buffet was good. I would say only thing to be thought is parking space rest it's just perfect getaway hotel for me and family. Next trip will be planned soon

the property is highly hygiene. the staff friendly and awesome. the food is so yummy.

We had a very good experience here the night before flying out.
The rooms are clean and well appointed.
The staff are all very gracious, accommodating and professional. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant. The food, service and cocktails were wonderful. I'm looking forward to breakfast tomorrow before heading to the airport.

Well maintained property. Decent rooms, well laid & all 5 star amenities though bit small for family. Food is good (though can work in prices). Breakfast buffet food is good & enough choice on any given day. Prompt. Service. Staff is courtesy. Location is super. Overall good experience with no issues.

Our family had a great stay here, thanks to the great service of Hotel Staff, clean rooms, with a very good chef preparing great meals.

Everything was fine including foods. Most important is that I forgot my bag (carrying my office laptop & all doc's) at parking & after one hour I remembered. Mr. Sahil who is the honest guy working there, lift my beg from parking & kept safely until I reach again there. I rewarded him but that was nothing for him. I really feel glad at "Glades". Thanks

The hotel is so good. Rooms are neat n clean. Beadsheets are clean. Washrooms are well maintained. Everything is good. Food is too much costly. The snacks they placed in room already bearing 3 times rates n still they add another taxes. This is the major negative point bcz of which i gave 4 stars. Like 10 rupees biscuits already u chrged fr it 40 rupees n taxes extra ths is not fair.
