Hotel Trump Plaza

Well, the experience was good despite the fact that there already one function was going on. Also, the dinning hall was full too. They get us seats in an another hall. Service was slow but that is understood given the situation of crowd but food was good.

They are not professional.. they have to improve amenities.. rooms are Conjusted.. food was tasty.. first day breakfast was not ready even at 9AM.
3 star given because they run hotel in small town where very limited hotels available..
Fare are high according to rooms+services

Quality of food has deteriorated with time.. i ordered chicken biryani which was just rice mixed with some gravy of butter chicken.. bad preparation.. losing its name and value over time..

I ordered paneer butter masala and they delivered cheese tomato with lots of ketchup in the gravy. It was so pathetic that I had to rinse my mouth after taking the first bite. Then I tasted their mix veg and I can bet that it was the worst mix veg I have ever had. Even road side stalls serve better food. The price they are charging is a loot. Don’t waste your money here.

Nice service (by service boy ankit), nice food. Charge may kindly be reduced. Book directly or on call. Online is costlier.

Worst manager Mr aman brar which i have ever seen in a hotel non cooperative guy who needed to be in collection agency not in hotel staff requested him for a favour as my payment neft through for that he is showing me wrong attitude very worst hotel not recommended to anyone

Good Food, Employees are too good, menu is attached you can find it

Ordered veg manchow soup it was to spicy and cold

Ordered for boneless chicken and served bone chicken and replaced after too much Time

Both the items have less quantity..
