Hotel Clarion Inn AMPS

I have a good experience to stay here for 4 days & 5 nights, The staff of this hotel are very co-operative and behaviour is so gently. Room services also great. Breakfast,lunch &dinner, are delicious. I pay thanks to all manegement staff of this hotel.

We were told that we were allocated a super deluxe room, but it was so small and normal. The floor was so dusty and dirty. Even when the rooms were supposed to be cleaned all the used water bottles were left on the floor. Towels were not replaced on a daily basis.

The only thing that we liked was the restaurant service and their hospitality.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is exceptionally clean, more modern than most other hotels, and had great amenities. The banquet team was friendly and check-in was good. Nice big TV, clean/brand new shower/baths, nice carpeting and floors. Doesn't look like 1000 other people has stayed in this room. Lots of stores, restaurants around and very easy to get to/navigate.

Property is good but lot of things need correction.
Only thing I liked was the staffs behaviour but there were several issues which needs to be fixed by the management.
1. Food was not at all average. Specially the buffet. Hardly few options for kids but they didn't liked any.
2. Hot water in bathroom was not working properly.
3. Wifi use to get disconnected every 20 minutes and then you have to login again. Seems like they have not connected the router to battery backup but to the main supply.
4. TV was not working and irrespective of multiple complaints it was not resolved.
5. Pool is the only thing most highlighted in the hotel website and it was non functional.

We hosted ring ceremony event at the pool side. From view, setup, food , decor everything was way too good and beyond my family’s expectations. Each and every guest praised about the quality and service which they have delivered.
