Hotel Highland - Best Hotel, Budget Hotel In Ludhiana

Hotel was paid in advance still hotel person fought with my staff who stayed there and asked for more 500rs. I messaged on OYO to help but they have the worst customer care I have ever seen.

the first room I stayed in had a mouse that lived in the wardrobe. The bathroom was not that clean, there was no toilet paper, and in front of my bedroom door there was a dog on a chain, which must have belonged to the owner of the room. The bed sheet was also stained, but I can't say what! I do not recommend!

Extremely bad experience. Unprofessional staff...they don't know how to talk to their guests. Fraud hotel. One book the hotel room they will give them the hostel room. Typically fraud....after that they will show you hotel room for the extra payment. We came their at around10:30 pm they gave us room around 2am. If one ask for it they will scream at you.
Worst experience. They know each and every tactics...how to ask for extra money from the guests.
Better to stay in the bus stop than this hotel. Typical headache.
Won't recommend anyone to go there.
And about customer care of the Oyo they will just keep you on hold and will not take any action.
They are just scam.

This place is highly not recommended. We booked our hotel through oyo. And there they charged extra money from us and when I denied to pay he at 12 am told us to leave the hotel which was so insensitive of them. The quality of services are pathetic. Manager over there is really rude and dsnt know how to deal with clients. Please it's better to choose some other hotel near dmc rather thn this. See these photographs you will come to know what I am talking about. Ac was leaking 24 hours.

Worst experience of my life. We booked this hotel online for ac rooms but when we reached there the condition of rooms are worst even they gave us non ac room. Unhygienic and dirty blankets, sheets, fans are not working. Please i recommend everyone not to book this hotel

Rooms: Rooms are spacious, with attached washrooms, they look good, the conditions of washrooms are pathetic, water clogging in each washrooms was a prominent problem, apart from that basin pots were leaking 24/7, at night I saw rats crawling in the washrooms. We stayed for 4 days and there were no cleaning in the rooms, I have seen black worms crawling in the washroom. When you ask for cleaning they will give u a time but will never clean.

Service: staff is too lazy to even walk, we stayed there for a wedding almost 30 person, everytime we had to ask for food to be served faster as the catering staff was too slow.

Location: location was the best part as its connected to road where you can get autos and cabs, main markets are nearby.

Highly not recommended to stay here if you love hygienic environment. Coz this place does not take care of hygiene at all.

They charged 1000 ruppees for only one night with no accomodations no food atleast one tym and i asked many times for a cup of tea and a parantha but they didn't respond. Hotel is good so i gave 3 star service is nothing. So i upset with thi and price is also higher for this ground flor rooms.
