Super OYO 79906 Hotel Sun View

I think this hotel is not a hotel itself. Staff is very rude, they charges extra for everything. The service is worst service I have ever seen. They took my phone and give excellent review and feedback on OYO without my consent. They make fool everyone because in reality the room size is very small and even most of the rooms are without window. Bathrooms are very small. Staying at this hotel is not worthy, I think it is the wastage of money and time.

Don't go on ratings and reviews, as they are all fake.
Rooms are rat holes with hardly any space to move around.
No wifi facility in rooms
Ac not working properly.
Poor hospitality.
Uncompetetent staff.
Manager is moving around in lingerie.
Suspected for hidden cams in rooms.
Overall worst experience

Hotel owners and staff are thugging costomers. They have been showing good photos of rooms and hotel accomodation but taking to other hotel by saying all these hotels are owned by one owner and that's why you are getting transferred to another one.
Then after telling hitel reception complaint about ac and ither necessary stuff,they deny on face that they can't help with that.
Sometimes they ask money again from costumer and behave aggressively.
Rest conclusion is just look for another hitek or room but do not book these hotels near Bus Stand Ludhiana.

Awesome stay staff is coperative room size is big all rooms are senitesed neat and clean room service is too good parking facility is available room service & food quality is too good overall stay was owesum plz visit here safety wise hotel is safe as nd location is too good near bus stand

They don't accept Oyo offers, I make an online booking and after booking, I asked the receptionist on call, I booked through Oyo with a 399 price. Are you ok with this price, can you give me a check-in or not on this price, the receptionist said yes no problem sir, when I reached they said your booking is a very low price.

I said I discussed the price with you on the call, they said we don't know about your call. We didn't receive your call then I call again on that number and he picked up my call in front of me, after some time they agreed and give us a room, the room was very small only a bed was in the room nothing else, no any table or chair, even bathroom was very small no any exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall the room was fully covered and suffocating

We were ok with this, But in the evening time I was going outside the hotel they call me and said your booking show us now can we see your booking I'd on your phone, they take my phone and excused me from booking, they were giving 5-star ratings to their hotel on Oyo app. I was not very happy with their services and behavior
1) TV not working.
2) No any exhaust fan bathroom and room was very small and suffocating.
3) Geyser not working and my partner have cold.
4) Services very bed, room was not good but ok they can provide use different room because 2 rooms are empty on my floor. Other wise location of hotel is good.👍

Worst hotel ever seen,they have seven branches of hotels in Ludhiana, do not ever book a room in this hotel,the service is worst they pressurize the customers for paying extra charges even after online booking and if the customer donot pay he is denied of room.The behaviour of staff is worst,they do not even know the rules and regulations of the website they are registered on.and when we try to tell them they misbehaves with customers.If you want to save money and dignity kindly do not go to these all seven hotels in Ludhiana

They cheated . Very small room. I booked from oyo for 3 people , but they provided very small room for 2 . Take extra charges and then provide extra bed that is also not too good.

Very small & dirty rooms looks like a store room or garbage area . No tv remote present in the room .geyser was not working. This & near by hotel are very cheap ,not suitable for family .it is red light area kind off.
