Nothing worked! Elevator, TV , wifi., NOT WORKING NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER. Gave us a bucket of hot water in the morning. Only had one bucket! One person bath first, leave bucket outside room for a refil. Basically the hotel is CLOSED. I dont know why they accepted us and promised wifi and tv which we confirmed at reception befire checking in. We were stuck and had to put up with this. And paid full price. Rs 3500. We deserve a FULL refund And apologies. Yeah right, not holding my breath. What a shamefull representation of a great part of punjab that holds the memorial of Shahid Bhagat Singh.

Our friend booked this hotel for us for two nights stay. Very bad service and bad conditions of room and leakage in bathrooms. Room has broken wooden floor with sharp nails. Luckily we didn't get injured but my dress was torn with nails. Very bad experience.

Hotel la silver looks good but are really poor in everything. First, of all the water went out so we couldn't use the toliet or wash our hands. Secondly, they didn't supply toliet paper and when asked gave it after 30-40 minutes. Lastly, My child was hungry since he didn't eat anything for a long time and we asked what could be made easily and early, they said French fries and sandwiches. We ordered that and some chai. After an hour, we didn't get anything so we called and they said we are running a little late as a function is happening and we replied with "Couldn't have you told us before". Then we had to order Dominos which got there in 10 minutes. What a poor hotel. Wouldn't recommend at all. 0/5

No hot water in the bathrooms....we booked three rooms....in the morning we were told either take bath with cold water or go to some other room...I've never seen such an illiterate staff...I feel either owner should change the staff or change the profession...I don't know how they're working
