Booked the hotel for my family based on the good reviews they have received but seems they were all purchased review. Not at a hotel based on 4.4 star reviews. Staffs are courteaus however hotel is absolutely not the way it looks in pictures shown online. Very dirty linen, infested by different pests, stinking washrooms...so think before you book.

Came here to attend a wedding function. Arrangements were good. Staff is really cooperative.
Food quality,room service everything was up to the mark.

booked room for 02 nights 09/12/22 and 10/12/22, first of all extremely poor condition room provided by them, after making complaint he shifted us to other room which is also not in acceptable conditions without any keys provided. Again shifted to another room next day after making complaints. very poor experience of this hotel, kindly avoid booking this hotel. Rooms have insects, cockroaches etc. no hygiene of rooms and toilet. Water Tapes are broken and leaking, no hot water arrangement was there.

Total value for money. Nice spacious clean rooms. Staff was polite. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location wise very good, super Deluxe (front view) is specious clean and overall good service. Room service is also good but need little bit improvement in food quality. special thanks to Ankush Rana, Maninder sing from front desk. house keeping staff Sarbjeet also helpful Mr. kartar is also helpful. Thanks for good hospitality from the staff. ... excellent hotel , nice service, good for economical stay. very nice located , very good aalo parantha breakfast . this is my first stay here but I loved it .I recommend everyone to come and stay here. . Excllent !! lovely hotel in an Good location Room are spacious clean and comfortable Hotel staff are very Good polite talks and Food is also good It was a pleasure stay at this property

Hotel accommodation Excellent!! Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast and dinner is plentiful. Staff are very helpful

*Only If i could give 0 stars* Very bad rooms and services. Staff was not polite and cooperative. Rooms had cockroaches and had a very bad rotten linen and socks smell. Almost none of the washroom had exhaust and was very damp. Rooms are small and not very well designed. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty. They took our drivers phone during breakfast and gave themselves 5 star review. Don't go to this hotel based on rating.
