I stayed in this hotel along with my family.Hotel was on main highway going to Shimla.Location of Hotel was good .But room was not much cleaner.There were many mosquitoes in the room. Room service & food served was O.K.Wash room was neat & clean.Overall an average experience of the hotel.

Average hotel. Lack of basic immunity. Tata sky not working. Extra charge of heater. Small hotel no restaurant available. No out side food allowed in hotel. Geeser is not working properly.

One can consider them as these days many hotels in this price category don’t believe in offering good services or caring for their clients. The service was above average but we didn’t the rooms. They would be better well maintained. May be due to COVID things are different.
