Its a clean, cheerful and safe place to stay at when in Amritsar!
Its located at Lawrence road which is convenient as food and other essentials are just few steps away.

The day time reception staff is friendly and fun to interact with and helped me with all my requests.
I was provided a good quality and timely room service. Big thanks to every staff member.
The diner here has buffet and À la carte options.

I have stayed here twice and can call it my go-to value for money option.

Firstly if you re going to stay in this hotel only choose higher rooms which will cost you like with breakfast. Just don't go for their standard room as that rooms are not clean properly toilet seats are broken. Acs dont work help phone doesnt work not even fridge and tvs and the beds are not comfortable so i have requested them many times so we got a room in 4th floor which have all the necessities and comfortable to. So choose visely before booking. After that location is very good food is good not to much option in food but ok. Outside food is allowed. Also if you re a non vegetarain chawla2 and baba chicken are few steps from hotel and if you love street food you ll find 1000+ shops on that location.

The hotel is very very good. The rooms are very spacious and very very neat and clean. The staff is very good too and you can ask them to provide for anything and they will do it excellently. The food they serve is exquisite, we ordered butter chicken and chicken malai tikka and quantity and quality for both of them was too good. The hotel’s location is in main market so it’s good for shopping too and you don’t have to worry about parking your cars cuz they have ample space in front of hotel and underground parking too. In short great experience 🤩

We r in school trip from Indore . The stay was excellent. The services we have are excellent. Staff was courteous very humble specially with the kids. They handle the group very efficiently. Specially gauri shankar & the whole service team. The food was excellent. Keep up the good work.

The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. Hygiene is properly maintained. Room service is good. The best thing is the location and it's connectivity to all the major landmarks of Amritsar are very accessible. Their is complimentary breakfast and it is typical Amritsar style. You can get an extra bed. The stay was worth the cost.

The property is not maintained at all. Lacks basic hygiene like for example the pillow covers are stained and at times torn. Food is average not a lot of variety and surprisingly doesn't serve authentic Punjabi cuisine which is expected when we are staying in Punjab. However the good thing is, they allow outside food so swiggy and Zomato could be useful. It's situated in the heart of the city so travelling isn't an issue.
