Initially when we checked in the hotel, we were allotted a Deluxe room. The experience was not so great then . Lights kept getting off for like 10 times. Helpdesk wasn't picking our calls. And when we asked the housekeeping for Extra beds and water bottles, they made us wait for like 2 hrs. So we went to the reception at night. There, a intern helped us very promptly and upgraded our room to Suite. After that, our stay was very very comfortable. The suite was spacious and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a wide variety. Very nice of their manager who came to meet us at the time of checkout. Overall it was a very comfortable and excellent experience. I would suggest other guests to go for suites. They are very comfortable.

5 Star in name and price only. TV, Safe and Kettle did not work to start with. Poor house keeping. Pillow covers needed a change. Bedsheets spread horizontally instead of vertically ( a first in my 30 years of travel). Buffet breakfast very average. South Indian food terrible. Cheeze platter was old. Juices not cold. Amazing how they survive

Rooms are small, breakfast menu was very limited, staff and service was fine. I don't think it still stands in a 5 star category but it has a perfect location in Zirakpur on Delhi Chandigarh Highway. Swimming pool is of no use as bright sunlight covers it even at 7 in the morning.

Park plaza is nice. As I have travelled with 2 kids, fare not included for kid, staff was asking about extra fare for kid which is 1500+Tax per night. It should have ask upfront while booking the room.

Service is good. It little bit expensive. These days heavy traffic in front of property but is it temporarily due to work in progress on highway.

Located Perfectly at main road zirakpur. It will be on left hand side while going to Chandigarh. Rooms are beat and clean, food quality and variety is just perfect

Though, I didn't stay there personally, however, the folks for whom I had booked it were very happy with the overall experience of their stay at the hotel.

Attended a fab new years party with family . Nice , cosy & comfortable. Their were just two non veg snacks rest all was good .Enjoyed ..
