Hotel Neelam

I would like to thanks to the manager Raj and his co-workers for taking a good care of my parents while their 9days long stay. They had a good time staying here and were very happy with the outstanding service and polite behaviour of the workers. They told me that owner of the hotel is so nice that he used to visit them personally to check if everything is alright.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all who are planning to visit Moga (Punjab, India).
My parents are in their late 60s and if they are happy with the service, i am sure folks like us would go gaga with their service.

The stay was good, room size is big enough. Food service was also ontime and tastes well. Best part was theatre along with the hotel.

So we were at a relative place and as the guests were more, they book us in this hotel

When we reached we thought we are wrong place as the look is more focused on cinema hall,

But letter we got to know that this place has cinema hall, bar restro and hotel more like a Oyo, we would rather call it a moga ka OYO, once completing the check which was done at BAR reception, we reached our room floor, the light in the corridor remind me of some shabby place, but the room was spacious for 3 guest

Over all experience was ok

Can say nxt time also

Thanks for giving a reply for the review. First of all you have to learn the hospitality and how to recieve a guest. We already give all the proof by 5:30 pm that day. your staff member jaspreet dealing with us he know everything. we came for check in at 5:30pm. According to your behaviour you took money from us as well and you booked the room to the other guest as well that’s why you can’t allow us for the accomodation. We are NRI we haven’t say that we will shoot you. According to us you have to learn the hospitality.

Tottaly worsted place

Like. But in basement network problem and lighting is not good

One of the Best point of Moga for all kinds of entertainment, which provides Banquets Hall, Bar, Family Restaurant, Cinema, Accomodation, with Attentive hospitality and mouth watering food.

Staff behaviour is very friendly, a home far from home.
