OYO Hotel Hc King

This is a very bad hotel. Don't go by the looks of images on the Google.
1. The place is dirty
2. Hotel staff / manager sitting at reception is utterly rude
3. No towel in the room
4. No toiletries
5. Duvet is very dirty
6. No AC in the room
7. Linen is very dirty
8. Window glass has stains
9. Water supply is un reliable and water smells in the washroom
10. Washroom stinks

Overall never book this hotel and second thing don't book it via OYO rooms, they don't provide any facilities listed on the website.

Very 3rd class hotel very very very dirty no basic facilities manager looked like cleaner no basic manners oyo charged 2153/= from me manager offered same room to other customers for 999/= my question to oyo never ever will book through oyo

It's a filthy and unhygienic hotel....NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY... please pay extra 500 and stay in a safe hotel... The hotel rooms is used by bachelor's for consumption of liquor and unmarried couples... I would certainly ask everyone to avoid such place and do not trust any intermediary like yo...all reviews are fake.

Just had a compromised overnight stay at a reasonable cost, as I had a flight to catch up early morning and it is just 15 minutes drive to airport from here. Otherwise not up to the mark for family stay.

Whoever will read this review guys make sure that you understand,coz it's real and genuine review , this hotel is totally illegal and there is very bad guys as well as at reception, no lights no service or you can say ZERO service, bad behavior, they cancelled your prepaid bookings, and when you enter this hotel on 3rd floor they will 100% denied your checkin because they sold out your booked room to another people to make more money, You will feel like it's an red light area hotel never make mistake to book this hotel they will not provide any thing to you if you have already paid , you will feel helpless and you have to suffer a lot coz it's totally look like red light hotel. If you book this hotel so book at your own RISK. And never go on online saved 5 star reviews coz it's 100000% FAKE

I took a room in the afternoon mentioning that we had to catch a bus (at 12am morning) to Manali. I paid the full price of the room for a single day. I kept getting calls from the reception as to when I'll checkout. The bus got delayed by an hour. Few guys from the reception came to the room saying that I need to checkout immediately at 11:30 pm. When I mentioned that I paid for 1 day they insisted that if I need the room for some more time, they need cash. At this point I vacated the room and while going out the room was given to bunch of people how wanted to party and were looking for a room. I hope you change some of the staff members who are taking advantage of the customers.

The rooms are not at all well maintained. We were in the top floor and the bathroom had an opening in the ceiling, anyone could just climb up terrace and invade our privacy. The sanitary unit was very unclean, water slow was not proper, no towel, soap or shampoo was provided, no table or chair, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The food was ok, but we were charged more for that as well. Overall it was a bad experience.

Don't book this place... Been there recently... The price on oyo was different but they asked for more money on reception. Very unpleasant experience.. there water was no water, no toiletries in the bathroom, even after asking them again and agin... No one was serious about the situation. We literally bought mineral water to use in washroom, and they sold it on almost doubled price. The towel they provided was dirty and stinky.
