Hotel Presidency

Poor mannered staff and waiters. Waiter was constantly staring while we were having breakfast. Staff was uncourteous and stubborn. Room Service sent water to room after numerous calls. Towels were worn out and bathroom shower was working like a tap. Rooms in bad shape & ill maintained with no view. Prices were exorbitant by any standard. Its a poor 1.5 star hotel masquerading as a 3 star.

Third grade staff, non responsive, arrogant and abusive. Asked the retro bar staff to provide separate bill of drinks and food but the manager start arguing and abusing. Very pathetic and bad staff no sense of customer service and illiterates.
Do not choose this hotel for stay.

Best place to eat and relax with friends or family.... Ambience/food/service all r superb. Highly recommended in Town....

In addition to the really good food, I must say that our waiter today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. 🤪I love dinner there as well. We are so fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant in our town. It’s a gem.”

Spent there a night and no problem faced.
Breakfast was very tasty, simple parantha and tea, loved that!!!

We had a family get together and private ceremony there. They handled it beautifully. Place is very accessible road ahead and very cozy to stay

Big name but not so much inside. Not so clean rooms, food is not at all good and not advisable to even eat. Disappointed with stay.

Such a bad experience about food and services nothing is served hot and the quality of food is just so bad only hall is ok but the main thing about and occasion is quality food nd services which is not present there no body is there to manage the things nd look after anything so much disappointed waste of money
