Good and Spacious rooms. only drawback, it is temporarily as hotel on highway main road, flyover construction going on when I stayed, hence huge traffic and getting cabs on time difficult. hope, once this flyover construction overs, very comfortable in all aspects.
Spacious Banquet hall and Rooms. Swimming pool and terrace with garden

I book luxury 2 room.
Cleanness of resort is very poor.
Staff on night shift not responding any call.
Food was not hygiene at all.
Shower lightboard bed mattress everything very poor quality.
Vibes in room not good.
I never recommend this resort.

Pathetic Hotel. In room bulbs are fuesed , no mini fridge, AC controlled by Reception, you have to call many time to ask for AC switch on. Washroom shower is not working properly. Breakfast is very average. I am giving 1 start because I don't have any option to give below this. Any guest house is better than this hotel. Service is also very slow. Don't book this.

Pathetic service we have received ever in any hotel. We stayed there for two days because someone arranged the stay for us. They have very bad customer service and very low class rooms. Bedsheet, blankets and pillows cover was very dirty and when we asked for housekeeping then it was same when we came back from the function. Even, after changing all of these it was dirty and more smelling. Lights were blinking and no control of A.c and Tv. Also, they were providing the low class water bottle. We have ordered something and called them after half an hour and they said do we need to cook. At the end we have to canceled the order for their Pathetic service. I recommend to never visit to this hotel.

Pros:
Location is good and on the highway.
Morning breakfast was good and had many options.

Cons:
1. Hotel checkout timing is 12:00 PM and Check-in timing is 2PM. You get 2 hrs to make the room ready for the next person. Room was not ready even at 2:00 pm.
2. There are lot of amenities mentioned but you will not find those. Asked atleast 4 times for the slippers but still did not get. Asked for kettle and they said we won't be able to provide.
3. Food taste and preparation is not up to the mark.

Stayed there for a night trusting only the reviews pathetic rooms smelly bathrooms bedsheets so dirty that had to get them changed.
Staff is well aware of all such problems but least bother to help

Not even a single thing is impressive. Food, housekeeping, front office, nothing makes a mark. Rooms are spacious but not clean. Even kettle is not placed. Bathrooms are yuck but have hair dryer. Intercom doesn't work. Not a good experience overall.

Quite disappointed experience of stay. Rooms were not maintained. AC and gyser are controlled from reception need to call them everytime. Rooms were big but not clean. Tables were old lamps switch boards hanging. Blankets not clean enough. Food was very much disappointing. It was like mess type food.
