Rooms are good, but basic plumbing problem in the washrooms, like the sinks and taps are beautiful, but water splashes out if the sink and wets your clothes. toilet jet has no pressure control, it can just pierce through your soul

It's a renovated facility with a single lift. It has a capsule lift with all walls blocked out. Rooms are well appointed and room service and house keeping are polite and efficient. The front office needs to improve a lot and become more aware of guests needs. They booked the same room for some of the guests in our group. Good place....could improve

Property was good , staff was good , but one thing disappointed me that difference in menu and billing rates , i ordered four cup tea ( 75/- cup +tax mentioned in web menu but bill i got for 95+tax per cup , ( although they rectify the same but it should not happen in such a good chain ........other wise it was excellent stay , good for family... It was good experience as a family

Hotel and room are decent. However they need to focus on cleanliness. The room floor had stains, mattresses were left unattended in the corridor, found a hair in my towel.

Overall was a comfortable stay in the hotel they upgraded my room with a small request to provide a better room..
Room was clean but the linen was not clean again they changed it with a small request..location is good

it's a nice place with wonderful location. we were there for a day only . we had no chance to visit restaurant or order food . Good spacious room . The washroom is decent but needs a makeover . nonetheless it's nice. The fitness room is a disappointment. Hardly anything there . It shall be removed from amenities. It's too small. Just the treadmill works . Please remove it from the list of facilities. But overall a good experience. I will recommend it to all.

beautiful hotel , nice confort Stay , but main lift was not working , cooperative staff # food was not that tasty good big room but washroom were small and not up to mark for a 4 star hotel # but location was good
