1. No cleanliness 2. Not maintaining good staff strength 3. More Dependancy only on Mr. Sharath 4. Too many drunkards and smokers have made the hotel atmosphere totally waste Aprst from that I got a good review about this hotel.

Good room. Clean bathroom. A/c and tv working. Nice staff. Good location for every purchase and tourist place. Everyone can come and stay with their budget

We started a unplanned trip with friends to pondicherry from chennai, we don't have enough time to catch up any bookings on hotel as it was a weekend. We went to this stay inn as we have no other choice, worst experience, worst bathroom no cleanliness maintained, no proper curtains for windows and balcony, Ambience was very worst... please avoid this place

It's very good room. Nice manager. Room service is perfect and when I was standing with the guest they are doing very well manner and very proud of the hotel.

A/c room, neat and clean.. Tv working. Friends and family can stay. Close to beach. Good servuce. Nice staff

Other than the location where this hotel is built there is nothing special here. Employees working there are nice but their owner is the worst guy. It's all about money for him. Doesn't even care about his customers. Rooms are in worst condition. I don't even want to talk about bath room. Just don't go here.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. But the service was horrible. There was no person to carry our luggage and the room was disappointing. First we went to check in a room and there was no lock in the bathroom and the TV didn't work . And we checked another room and there also was no lock in the bathroom.

We had a good stay at Hotel Sooriya. We interacted with GM of the Hotel Mr. Leo Mathew, who was very cordial and helpful in arranging our stay!
Hotel is very economical with spacious rooms and clean interiors and usables. Hotel location is right in the middle of the hustle and all attractive points are very very accessible.
