Rooms are clean, equipped with required amenities just that bed and room size was smaller for family with 1 kid. Complmentray Breakfast was the best. Helpful staff and located right on the main road, called bussy street the straight road to bus stand.

Budget friendly. Value for money. A main disadvantage is that they are strictly not allowing minimum extra grace time beyond 11 AM for Check-out despite the room is not even occupied next till 2 pm. Must be relaxed showing justification. S. Kumar

Rooms are very small as seen in photos.
It is a 2 star hotel but the cleaning should be there.
The rooms and hallway were smelling like hell.
I got to see the kitchen area when I was keeping the water bottle in the fridge and I regret it as it was too dirty and smelly. I had to ask to close the kitchen door and put some air freshener but it still did not work.
Damp smell was also there in one room , could be as there was no window.
Location is good 1km away from rock beach

Stayed in this property 23.10.2022 for two nights. Being day before Diwali and Diwali day the price paid was a bit more. Location excellent, parking space congested, Service very good, Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast provided was very good.

Bad experience given by Treebo hotels. This property is not managed properly, the rooms are very small, shady and no window in the room or no scope of ventilation at all. Getting hot water for taking bath is a big problem here. They will waste your travel time by making you to wait for hot water, they won’t provide toiletries which is a basic kit given by every hotel. This property is located in a good area by that was justified by its high price but in that price they should provide basic services which is a must to every traveler. I am giving two star for good staff behaviour and helping out in arranging stuff

For 4k a night, you can get much better options. It felt like a transit hotel near a railway station. The staff's attitude makes the experience worse.

The breakfast comes to the room in a packed plastic plate, reminded me of the pandemic times quarantine hotels.

Amazing hotel in pondicherry. Falls in budget. Staff are very friendly. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained very properly. And the best part of this hotel is all the tourist spots are very nearby. Walkable from railway station as well and very accessible.

It's a budget friendly hotel but we had to pay 4 times the actual rate due to Xmas peak. So for that cost it's jot worth but yes for its actual price it's an affordable stay and that too in white town . Well connected to all the nearby places to explore in Pondicherry. The staff at reception can be a bit more friendly . Though we reached 2-3 hours after the actual checking time and even after requesting for late check-out they were totally in accomodating . Not even a polite way of denial. Service needs to be improved. The pillows were a bit smelly and rooms are but small. Complimentary breakfast in morning is ok.
